Price goes up by a lot when adding all taxes and resort fees etc”
When booking the price seems very affordable, but when arriving they had so many fee's and taxes that your room rate raises by almost 40%. I t would be better if that price is full displayed before. Also, I asked the reception what does the Resort Fee mean, and the receptionist was unable to explain. Separately, I arrived for one night only, and they put me in a different building - everything is large and distant, even there is a shuttle for transfer. I would have appreciated some common sense here as a one night guest I am here to sleep over, not for entertainment.

So sad that you work to get a great price for your room and upon check in they nail you with a $43.00 resort fee! We arrived at nine pm and left at 0930. I had to pay that fee for sleeping?!?

Sky tower rooms are not easy access”
Rooms are big and clean. The sky tower rooms are very inconvenient to get to specially if you are carrying luggages. There is no direct elevator access and you have to lift your luggages to the stairs to get to the tower. Vending machines are empty and casino level are dark and Smokey.

Very Nice Front Desk; Rooms are Dirty”
The front desk staff was quite respectful and accommodating. Their friendliness and understanding are ideal of how hotel staff should treat guests. However, the rooms are not maintained well. Unfortunately, the desk and furniture was quite dusty. The sides of the furniture had thick, obvious dust. Inside one of the big lamps had a nest of gigantic flies. I do not know how they got inside, but there was a huge nest of huge bugs. I had to show the housekeeping staff.

Circus Circus Stay - New year 2023”
This hotel is conveniently located in downtown Reno. Resort fee is charged but does not have resort facilities. Rooms are dingy and beds and bedding worn out. Old sweat smell on beds and bedding. Housekeeping response was pretty fast. Long queues for check-in and check-out with only 2-3 staff manning desks even during peak times, even though many desks were available to be manned.

Room was dirty, sheets had an odor and smelled like smoke!”
Our room was not vacuumed, crumbs all over the rug, our sheets smelled of dirty hair and the room smelled of cigarette smoke. We did not have time to ask for another room because we were already running late due to our commute accident so late to a meeting we needed to be at and didn’t get back to our room late at night! We had to put bath towels over the pillows, the next day the sheets & pillow cases were changed but still smelled the same of dirty hair, they looked clean but smelled! We will never stay at this hotel again only because of the room been dirty & smelly linen! They need to wash their linen with bleach or buy new linen, they look very old & greasy also!

The only good thing about the hotel is the nice view on upper floors and free parking. The hotel itself is poorly maintained. Everything is designed to extract as much money from you as possible. Not much happening in town. Huge homeless population in the downtown. Watch out for their rip-off resort fees.

When we checked in we were surprised by a $37.00 resort fee in addition to the room cost. No warning from Agora or was it posted anywhere. Surprise you have to pay more money.

I will never go back to Circus Circus. Our room was not cleaned. Empty water bottles & last person's room key left in the room. The trash was not emptied. Way too many people. long lines for everything including the elevators. So much smoke throughout the building. I started to lose my voice from it. This place is outdated & dirty. Never again!

System error reserved incorrect check in date. Staff at front desk would not honor my original check in date and they charged my card. Never seen the inside to any of their rooms. Disappointment.
