great value
I didn't expect it to be as good as it is for the price. Often I take into my room a can of insect spray for rooms in Manila at this price level but Citadel made this unnecessary! Basic, inexpensive, large rooms with all the basics and a couple extra (bar fridge- not stocked, kitchen/eating area- no other appliances).

Satisfied
The first day i disappointed because of the room that they gave us .. It's too old the room, The bed was not convenient for me to lay down, The curtain was very dirty & so smelly, I'm also A traveller, too many hotels that I have been but this is the first time i had an experience to stay in the hotel that too much dirty specially the smell of the arounds. The staff said it because they remodeling the room. I hope the next time I can stay there it's not like the same experience this time. Hoping for the more good rooms that they can offer.

I hate the copying of the pasport thingy..but i Love the price and location...
Pros: 1. Inexpensive 2. Safe deposit box 3. Staff is fine. 4. Indoor pool. 5. Near nightlife and restaurants 6. 15 min walk to the mall Cons: 1. Must allow them to make a copy of your passport/driver’s license.. 2.No restaurant inside hotel 3. Must leave a 1000 peso room deposit I have stayed at this hotel many times….however; I don’t like having copies of my passport/driver’s license laying around.. so, for this reason I will not be going back to the Citadel..yes I will tell a friend.

Just walked right in and look at my naked body
As usual, in the morning, the housekeeping people will just walk right in your room while you're sleeping and wants to clean the room. They don't care if you are naked in the room. good if you want that extra special offers in the room.
