Con: Located in residential area so not great for a tourist who wants to hv restaurants and shopping options just round the corner. No aircon so need to open window to stay cool. Old Property and no individual shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided, only provide one in all shampoo for hair and body. Pro: Near two metros and straight line to Gare du Nord for connection to CDG airport. Complimentary hot chocolate, tea, coffee, hot water and milk from dispenser 24 by 7.

For the price, in Paris, this was a great deal. Clean, comfortable, quiet, well-equipped. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

it is a confort hotel with excellent staff! we stayed here for only 1 night in studio room. the room is very clean with a lovely kitchen. we arrived in a snowing day. however, the staff provide very detail guide and service that let all of us feel like we are at home. i would like to stay here again if i can come back to this city again

It needs to go two stop metro, quite inside was near to hospital where had to go, but nice hotel good place few near by restaurants for food.

Excellent Location, very calm and quite residential area with major super stores nearby providing all the basis needs. The hotel is just at a walking distance from two metro stations. Staff was very helpful. Cleaning frequency needs to be improved - may be twice a week cleaning will make it better.

the staff there is nice and helpful. the room is good. the location is perfect, having two metro lines 5 and 6, so it is easy to go to many travel points, such as Eiffel, Concorde.... And it is quite quite near to a super market, which has almost anything you need and is even open Sunday.

Citadines Apart'Hotel Austerlitz”

It is ok if you speak french and you are used to travelling. I would only recommend the hotel for space. It needs to be refurbished, and the picture on the website are flattering.

En fait, suite à un problème technique, nous avons été redirigées vers Citadines Place d’Italie en taxi aux frais de Citadines. Donc pour la propreté entre autres mon avis est surtout pour Place d’Italie mais également pour la politique du groupe. Je souhaitais de toute façon Place d’Italie mais, à l’occasion, j’essaierai aussi Austerlitz.

Accueil très agréable, personnel serviable. Calme et en même temps proche de la place d'Italie. Le lit est très confortable.

Emplacement idéal, excellent accueil”

Nous avons loué un studio pour deux personnes, bien équipé avec une kitchenette. Nombreux commerces d'alimentation dans les rues voisines. Nous n'avons pas utilisé le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel. La résidence est très calme et bien placée entre deux stations de métro, à deux stations de la gare d'Austerlitz. L'accueil est très sympathique. Une excellente formule pour une visite de quelques jours, bon rapport qualité-prix. Internet par câble Ethernet (fourni) gratuit dans les chambres.
