Great for family gathering ”
1. Helpful reception. Firstly came, the supervisor i think, handle my check in and his intern named Daniel observing. It’s good way that the hotel actually doing it steadily. 2. Good room. Workable room is great. The amenities in the room is just what we need in a family gathering and can accommodate comfortably. 3. Convenience. This hotel is inside the mall, Dpulze. So it’s very very convenient for family to get meal, shopping or movie. Bunch of famous food chain as well. 4. Pool way to far. This hotel only have 7 floor and the pool in the 8 floor. So u have to get their by stairs. 5. Room appliance is complete. Everything is ready in the room so I have no complaints about it. I rate my stay 9/10. Definitely will stay here again.

Staff is really friendly, this is my 2nd time here. The room is so comfortable (I book executive 1 bedroom). The living room and the kitchen is spacious with ample natural lighting, and the bedroom is really cozy (fluffy pillows and comforter). As I’m travelling with little kid, all of the furnitures are kids friendly (minimal pointy or sharp edges). The kitchen is equipped with microwave, cutleries, and even chopping board with knife (easily cut or veggies and fruit during dinner). Swimming pool usage is based on booking (1 hour use) and the view from swimming pool (level 8) is amazing! Me and my niece really enjoy our stay.

I've been staying at Citadines for work purposes. The staff are really friendly and helpful. In one instance, I accidentally left my iPhone charger after checking out. I only realized it the next day. I called the hotel to check and was glad they found it and kept it for me to collect. Well done for the great service!

Spacious rooms (2bdrm apartment). Room rates are very affordable hence lets be nice people and dont be demanding. Its not 5 stars but u wont have much to complain. The shopping mall has got variety of food. Get ur breakfast at Coffee Bean or any other local food eatary. Try the Arab chisine accross the road. Authentic and worth the money.

Good location as the hotel is attached with Dpulze Shopping Mall. So it’s easy to find good food. The room’s facility allow you to cook light cooking eg instant noodles and eggs, with pots n pans, utensils provided. But no bottle drinks provided but it’s not a problem since each floor is provided with water dispenser. Weak wifi but it’s okay, we were here just to relax and have fun. Swimming pool at level 8, you have to book your slot in advance (call the receptionist)

The studio is equipped with cooking utensils, hotplate, microwave and fridge. It is also just adjacent to the DPulze shopping mall, we can either dine-in, take away, or buy raw materials for our own cooking. Yet, the accommodation is very clean and quite. Suitable for one who would like to have a staycation and short escape from the regular busy life. The Cyberjaya Lake garden is less than 10 minutes drive from here.

Hotel located in the DPulze shopping mall so very convenience to go for shopping and food. Room is spacious big with 2 bedrooms, only cons are the car park is very limited and on the day I checked in the swimming pool was closed for renovation.

The staffs are kind. It is overall clean. It is as same as the picture on the web. But the fabric sofa is needed to be improved and cleaned. The drain of shower room was stuck but housekeeper cleaned this well. The location is really good. It is connected to shopping center and easily use various cafeteria, restuarants and shops. When I selpt here, the noise from outside (made from motorcycle and cars) interrupted my sleep and rest.

I'm staying here with my husband for his work and conference. I enjoyed shopping, exploring all the shops, and trying all the foods at the mall downstairs while waiting for him to finish the conference. Very easy access from the hotel to the mall, only next door from the lobby. Highly recommended.
