Clean and cosy”
The hotel located away from town area and that does not mean bad. The area is surrounded by offices and shops. Easy to find food! MRT is right below the building. The hotel is cosy, spacious and clean. Staffs were very helpful, courteous, friendly and attentive. We had some issue with the Aircon thingy but the staffs were quick to help us. Excellent customer service!

Amazing stay”
Everything was perfect. Staffs were warm and friendly. Got a good deal via Agoda for 3 nights stay! So far the only problem i had was that the microwave wasn't working, however i could always use the electric stove instead. The place is right on top of One North MRT, there's plenty of food and supermarket around to get whatever i need. Everything was clean and i simply had a great experience here! Definitely will come back in a few months time!

Excellent Service Apartment with excellent location located nearby One North MRT Station. Location quite district and away from town area but the location is accessible and we love the view that we had. Upon arrival I’m warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff. (Tips: To get to hotel lobby, please find and stand in front Starbucks Café, you will see the Citadines signage) Book Premier Loft (1835) for 3D2N, amazing view from my room. The amenities was all kept in working condition and suitable for short/long term stay. Supermarket (Cold Storage) & coffee shop (Starbucks, Dutch Colony) are within walking distance. Would definitely recommend this place to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again for all the Citadines Fusionopolis for going just that little step extra for the guests!!

One of the best apartment hotel in Singapore”
If you're looking for a spacious and affordable hotel without compromising on quality this is the place to stay! Rarely we have a double story apartment that doubles as a hotel here in Singapore. Only can find such hotels in other countries and if there is here, its expensive. Rooms are on high floor, Level 17 to 19 with very good views and has a balcony. There's 2 bathrooms on both floors and bathtub is on the 2nd floor. TV has a lot of channels and every kitchen amenities like microwave, big fridge, washing machine and sink as well as utensils for cooking is included for your cooking needs. Housekeeping is available too. Check in was fast and staffs are very friendly. The only downside is there's no swimming pool as we're always looking forward to swim for every staycation. Also one of the rooms that we booked had no bidet and relatives found it a negative point. Luckily we had bidet in my room so the next time we do have to check with the staff before confirming the room. But so far everything is perfect and the pros outweigh the cons. We've already booked our 2nd stay here for our anniversary on October and looking forward to enjoy. Hope the experience stays the same.

planned for my boyfriend's birthday surprise, the space is huge with a kitchen fr me to cook some dinner for the surprise which is really amazing! They should have the non stick fying pan >: but other than that is ok! Mrt is just beside, supermarket also beside. Stayed for 4d3n and went for groccery shopping and cooked our meals in the hotel, super convenient. The view is amazing, posted on my ig story and everyone is asking me where is this hotel!! the only one sad thing is i didn't get to enjoy the bathtub bc the stopper apparently not working and they need to arrange someone to fix it but is ok! will come back again!

We loved the place!! Pity no swimming pool. Suggest to Inc sofa cushions as the sofa is v hard. Can also change TV to a smart TV - that wld b wonderful.

Location was convenient; MRT is easily accessible to get to other places. Front desk & housekeeping staff were polite and efficient. Only cons: No bidet/pipe for the toilet. Cable tv offered relatively good shows, however would have preferred if smart tvs were used for Netflix or screen share options. Lastly, slight noise disturbance as we could hear our neighbors clearly (e.g. going up/down the stairs, talking past midnight).

Big room w ample facilities. Supermarket is nearby and hence can get groceries easily. Easy access to one north mrt. We had a great time exporing the area. We were unable to invite guests due to the curent max 2 pax covid regulations. Nonetheless, still good value for money. Will recommend for couples seeking an experience different from hotel staycation.

This place is simply awesome for those seeking a gateway from busy life. The unit is complete with a kitchenette which is perfect for those looking to cook a storm… With the Cold Storage supermarket located within the building at the basement level… you can grab some of your groceries stuffs… for those who loves eating… head down for all the foodie stuffs… from Korean to Italian cuisine… The unit comes with an open balcony with awesome view… it’s perfect for star gazing… I love those seatings by the window… this is where I spend most of the time at… day time for the sun exposure and night time to admire the sky… Another feature I liked about the unit is the bathtub… it is a must have for me coz I enjoy lazing and pampering myself… for an added experience… head to bath and body work at nearby Vivo City shopping mall and get a bath bomb… just awesome… I would also like to express my commendation to the security staff Ayyim for going through great length to execute a birthday surprise at my friend’s request despite being late hours just passed midnight… I’m definitely returning here whenever possible…
