Clean and comfortable stay
Probably an area more suitable for business stay than shopping. We had a free upgrade (though paid similar to 4-5* hotel in causewaybay). Staff was excellent, always very helpful. Room is very clean and shower has good water pressure and sufficient hot water.

Our trip to Singapore & Hong Kong
The area surrounding the hotel is an eye opener for us foreigners. Once inside the hotel you think your in paradise. We found most of the staff extremely friendly and polite. I must give a special mention to Mark, the man on the front desk in the evenings. An absolutely great friendly and welcoming bloke. The room had a great view and the style was mind blowing. Very accommodating and the breakfast on Level 3 was really nice. The hotel is very close to public transport which was very cheap. Just make sure you have plenty of change. The only negative is that for a clean and decent restaurant you have to go for a 10 - 20 minute walk. Food is very expensive compared to Australia and the quality of the food served was excellent.
