The staffs are extremely friendly and nice! Although sometimes the cleaning not really clean because it's carpet one, but the bed is clean, just in case if you use the sofabed, you might need ask for extra linen sheets for covering the sofabed (i used the sofabed since the bed ok but not so spacious for 2 person), and sadly they don't have breakfast packages.. But that's okay, the staffs, all of them are really nice! Thank you so much! Me and family had the pleasant stay! ❤️

Perfect for long stays ”
We picked a service apartment because we were going to be in Singapore for 2 weeks and a larger room, laundry and kitchenette were important. Citadines had all those although the laundry was pay per use, S$8 for a token and both the washer and dryer needed a token each, so that was just a bit expensive. They also had a reasonable gym which was a bonus. Location was convenient, staff were lovely and there's a self-service Starbucks vending machine in the lobby

The staff are helpful and friendly esp the night security on duty. Going out of his way to facilitate for us during the check in. The location is very strategic to Bugis, little India and Orchard to name a few. A few meters inly from Little India & Bugis train station.

Citadines hotels are my fave to stay in anywhere! The staff are friendly, the lobbies are clean and smells good, the rooms are usually spacious (especially the one we booked) and location is great! Going to the tourist spots would cost you 5-10sgd grab/cab which is a plus if you’re a group of 4 (which is cheaper than commuting). There’s a fairprice nearby and mcdo if you’re hungry at night. Would book again and definitely recommending!

Best Family Apt Hotel with all amenities”
This Apt Hotel has won our hearts and no doubt we will choose same accommodation next time we visit Singapore. We were greeted well on our Check-In and the process was smooth and quick. We stayed there for 5 days and they said that the cleaning of room will be alternate days but it was the other way. They ensured cleaning is done daily. Yes, on all 4 days the room was kept clean with all bath accompaniments filled. There was a cook top which was really helpful to cook our own meal and carry as my son is allergic to outside food. It was the best international vacation overall.

I would definitely come back again! Stayed in a studio room. Spacious room and fully equipped. Very thoughtful designs even though it’s a bit old but I am satisfied. I can slide the tv console from bedroom to living room, whenever I want to watch tv in the living room or on the bed. I can put all my luggage at the seating area near the window. They have a partition for the bedroom so it’s more privacy. Everything is amazing!
