Just not bad. It has kitchen but we couldn’t use frypan. Just used refrigerator, microwave. However, Staffs in hotel were so nice. Location is just ok, nearby metro, louvre, seine river.

However, be aware that there is no housekeeping of the rooms, except if you stay at least 6 nights, and even then, only once.

Unfortunately they don’t clean the room everyday , only once a week and if you wanted them to clean you’ll have to pay extra ,I asked them to turn on the ac in may and they declined , as they were worried about the costs , they got me a fan , they said if we turn on the ac we have to turn it for the whole building , unacceptable to only have the heater on in the room and not the ac while it’s hot and sunny outiside

Hi! we are very surprised to read your comment! You have reserved in an appart’hotel which is a residence and not a hotel. cleaning is every week for a stay of 6 nights and over. it is mentionned on the website when you reserve. We have « a la carte » services such us cleaning. Concerning AC it is absolutely not a matter of cost! Our system work with hot or cold once at the time in the whole building. we cannot heat somme rooms and cool other rooms. we stopped the heater and put AC il the whole property when the temperarure in Paris was over 23 degres. So there is no worries about costs we are sorry we were worry about our guest. we gave you a fan and be aware the we have 72 appartments and during you stay when you asked for AC, you were the only room. we are sorry that you were not happy with your stay. I booked the studio Couture, which is an absolutely beautiful room and made my time in Paris happier. My checkin experience with Alexsia was not a pleasant experience though, unfortunately. Alexsia would not give me the room I booked despite having all the details of my booking available for her to view. She did not accept the Agoda booking, as the booking came in as from Booking.com, (even though they note that on the confirmation). However with a lot of help from Agoda and little help from Alexsia, I did check into my beautiful room and had a lovely stay in Paris

Best stay in Paris”
We enjoyed our stay in Citadines Opera. We appreciated that the location is a few steps from the Metro. Having an in-house laundrette made our stay more convenient. Lots of cafes nearby and supermarche. We would book here again in the future.

good apartment well located”
it is an expensive hotel and I was hoping we could check out slightly later since our flight was only at 945pm. hotel only let us check out at 1pm, that made as idle around and tire ourselves for so many hours. if hotel wasn't so strict on implementing 6hr block rate, i would really be impressed. I am not asking for very late check out but maybe up to 2pm would give us sometime to rest and have lunch.

It was late afternoon and still hot when we arrived from Spain. We were surprised that our two rooms were hot as well and when we complained, the front desk clerk told us the aircon was turned off and for us just to open the windows. We had to complain in writing that we booked this hotel as one of its amenities was airconditioning. We were ready to transfer the next day but decided not to anymore because the hotel acted on our complaint and turned on the airconditioning, only for the living room & dining area. We need to used electric fan in the bedroom. Not all of us were able to sleep properly the first night.
