Perfect location near metro station”
Location is perfect. Although quite far from the city highlights, it is still okay since metro station is just right across the hotel. Seafood risotto in front of hotel resto (jules) is superb!!! Fastfood nearby is mcdo and kfc. Will come back again next time. Kudos to staff who safekeep my laptop i left at the reception table. Thank you for all your help.

Perfect location if you want to explore paris. Rooms are spacious and clean, only downside was the lack of amenities like toothbrush etc. Staffs were courteous and helpful as well.

Good: clean, staff was kind enough to let us check in early for free, very close to a metro station, many cafes, restaurants, shops around. Bad: you have to wait for a long time for the elevator. Free coffee on the ground floor but you have to bring your own cup from the room.

During our month long stay in Paris we returned time and time again to Citadines Place d'Italie. It perfectly suited our all needs and become our welcoming home away for home. The rooms are quiet, comfortable, exceptionally clean, with excellent facilities. The kitchenette is amply equipped with everything we needed for self-catering. Having the Metro right at the door step makes transport easy, and the neighbouring supermarket and shopping mall were very convenient. What has really endeared us to this particular hotel are the friendly and helpful staff. The entire team impressed us with their genuine care and attentiveness. We could have wished for nothing more. Certainly we will be returning to Citadines Place d'Italie in the future and highly recommend this hotel to others. Special thanks to: Aurora, Natasha, Charlie.... and all the reception and housekeeping who made our stays pleasant and memorable!

It was a great stay in the hotel. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They are always willing to help to their guests. The room is very nice and everything that you need are available in the rooms. Security is also very good. The hotel is also adjacent to a mall. Everything that you need to cook is available in carrefour. Transportation is also not a problem. The hotel can book a taxi or if you want to save more money in transportation, metro rail acess is just outside the hotel/mall. The stay in the hotel is truly enjoyable and unforgettable. This was my third stay at the Citadines d'Italie. The location is excellent if you want to get away from all of the tourist attractions/crowds and live like a local for a week. My husband, two sons and I enjoyed going to the attached Mall and shopping at the grocery store just about every day. My only real complaint is that they don't have shower curtains in the shower, just a movable plastic wall that only goes half way. Did I mention I had 2 sons? I didn't want water all over the place so I brought a cheap plastic shower curtain and rings with me. Problem solved. The people behind the desk spoke English and were very helpful.

Literally just outside the exit 1 of Place d'italie station. Shopping mall just next door with carrefour inside. Come with cooking facilities. Bathtub is available as well. Good value for money if there is a promotion as the published rate is 200+ euro. Staff is excellent and even help in printing out my boarding pass!

Convenient hotel with relatively spacious room for Paris ”
Paris hôtels are generally quite bad if you are used to traveling in Asia, but this one is quite good. The rooms facing the department store are also really quiet. I might choose this hotel again.

Location is very good. Just beside the apt is the shopping mall with quite good shops varieties. Surrounding hotels are full of small café, KFC, Mcdon, Chinese food, Japanese food. RER train is just in front of the apt. And the best is you don't need to change line to go the main attraction places. The condition of the apt itself is average. Quite spacious though and just nice for family of 4. More than that, will not be comfortable. We only stayed for 3 days so there was no daily room cleaning. Overall, we are happy to have chosen this place.

Excellent location, close to Italie 2 Commercial mall that has a variety of brands & also Carrefour. Moderate price for staying in Paris. Hotel had some renovation work taking place in the reception area which made the entrance too narrow & inconvenient. Easy access to coffee shops & restaurants in the neighborhood. Ahmed, the front desk manager was cooperative & professional. Thanks for the great help.

Comfortable & Convenient”
Find the kitchenette well equipped and very useful as we could prepare our breakfast and dinner in the room. It would be better if proper instruction is pasted on the oven on how to use the microwave oven. Bed & pillow are comfortable. Clean towels and other toiletries are provided. Check in staff (Nicholas) is very polite and helpful. However, I tried to check something about the cab to airport from a lady staff with frizzy long hair on 24th Sept morning, but she wasn't even looking at me to response. It seems that her computer is her more important customer then. Rude and unfriendly. Should not be on duty at the front desk at all. Otherwise, I would find the hotel to be prefect! Location is fantastic although it's not in the heart of the town, but with the great facilities and near to metro (practically just walk across the road from the exit), we did not mind to spend a bit more time on the train. The security of the hotel is safe as occupants need to have an access card to enter with hotel staffs on stationed all the time. Wifi was strong throughout though only allow 4 devices to register. Printer was provided at the lobby when we checked in our air ticket which is very useful. I will recommend this hotel to anyone especially for long stay.

Excellent! Room is clean, bed is comfortable, shower is good, and I have no complains for a 3 star apartment like hotel besides the some noises coming from the mall. It's located at Paris left bank near Chinatown with lots of food choices around it. There's a mall besides it and metro just across. Worth the money I've paid for.

Perfect for our short stay!”
Right beside is a mall where uou can buy food that you can bring in the hotel. The hotel has everything; water heater, plates, utensils, toaster, even dish washer! But perhaps this is for the bigger rooms. The beds were very clean and fluffy. The toilets are new. Free coffee in the lobby.. Subway is right across, too!
