I book 3 rooms for me, husband, parents, and brother. It's perfect for couple, solo traveler, and older parents. They have gym, swimming pool, sharing kitchen and dining room with complete cooking tools. The room is bigger than average. Very near with breakfast place and supermarket (with low price item-totally a bargain) as they located in one building. Also very near with Tekka Place,Sim Lim Square,Little India, which have variety, yummy and cheap hawker food for lunch and dinner. Some walks away from Mustafa (one of the place which provide cheap small gifts). One day my parents accidently click DND (do not disturb) button and the housekeeping give them notes that they do not clean the room as the DND button on. As the hotel clean your room once per two day and not working on Sunday, the next day I ask for help to Pak Hamzah (sorry if I mistakenly spelling your name), morning shift front office excecutive and on the next day my parents room already cleaned eventhough the housekeeping has full schedule on that day. I very appreciate their effort and will definetely stay again, also recommend the hotel to my collegue.

Exactly what I needed”
I travelled with my 8 year old daughter on a girls trip. The location is fabulous! On top of a shopping center, across the road form a hawker center and in between two MRT stations. Really well priced for what was on offer. Equipped kitchenette, large comfy bed, good bathroom, fully opening window and a seating area. There's a communal dining area and a fabulous swimming pool. The best thing though for a longer stay was the onsite washing machines and dryers!! Little India is a great area, lots to see and do, very lively and very much a real neighborhood. We loved it.

I travel to Singapore alot. And I wanted to stay at a different place. I decided on this hotel because of the great reviews and I must say I was not disappointed. There were times when it seems like they were understaffed and constantly busy on the laptops at the reception area though. But that I understand. If you do take the MRT make sure use the Rocher one. Because it’s nearer - do take the stairs for the MRT- use the elevator. And like other reviews said, the hotel is kind of hidden. But just go into Tekka Place and look for The name of the hotel or ask around.

I love this hotel. Within walking distance to a lot of things including the MRT, two hawker centers and a good size mall. The hotel was clean and the rooms are bigger than most rooms in Singapore and it has a small kitchen. I almost forgot they also let me check in early which is a rarity these days. Great value!

Pros: -Spoiled for choices of food/shopping from the shops nearby. - Nearby rochor mrt and there's buses for transportation. - Room has a fully equipped kitchenette - Table and chair for mini dining area. - Swimming pool with jacuzzi was awesome - Receptionist handled the check-ins and issues from other guests professionally. - Starbuck(limited to coffee beverages) drink machine was available at an affordable cost for a tall size drink(hot/iced). Don't have to travel to level 1 starbuck shop as it closes quite early. Cons: - For a first timer, might be unsure where to locate the hotel lobby as the signs are not clearly stated. Had to walk around the place and look for a way up to find lobby area. There's a separate lift for rooms too. Aside from this all is good.

The hotel looks very new and was kept in good condition. Booked normal queen bed room and stayed 2 nights. The room was clean and spacious. The TV is on the small size given the hotel opened in recent years. Check in procedure was quick. Surprised I was able to check in around 12pm although the official check in time is 3pm. There is pool and gym in this hotel. Not much guest using them. The room i booked has a mini kitchen with basic kitchenware and microwave oven. I found the electrical kettle was not functioning. Call the front desk, staff answered the phone quickly and provided a replacement promptly. The hotel is between Rochor and Little India mrt station. About 5 mins walk for both stations and it is very convenient to get to downtown area without the need to change mrt lines. I think the hotel suits both long or short term stay. Beware this is a service apartment type hotel and no room cleaning service everyday.

This hotel was such good value. Short walk to both the Little India and Rochor train lines. Tekka place market close by with so many food options. Really convenient. Attentive staff. Pool, spacious rooms, gym. Coffee shops and grocery store and pharmacy downstairs in the same building as well as a food court. Rooms came with a kitchenette and nice sized fridge. Good strong wifi connection as well. Looking to stay here again on next visit.

We stayed here for 5 nights - location is very central with good public transport links. Apartment was nice and clean and well maintained- staff were very friendly and helpful. Theresa the cleaner is just lovely and was very accommodating in cleaning our apartment whilst we were waiting - such a nice gesture which was very much appreciated.

The location is great with Little India MRT and Rochor MRT located within a 5 minute walk. WiFi inside the property works fantastic. Clean room with a lot of amenities and a comfortable cozy bed. The room size is smaller than what is shown in the pictures but still a big enough room for two adults. The staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend staying here.

Location is great, sharing the building of Tekka Place so food is abundance. The room is cosy and well thought of, there's microwave, kettle and basic kitchenware. The shampoo provided doesn't cause the hair to dry out and tangle. Will book again.

We had a lovely room with a view of the pool. Comfy double bed, kitchenette with utensils, dishes, etc, refrigerator, nice shower. The laundry downstairs was such a great time saver (they even provide laundry detergent!). The staff were all so kind and helpful. The hotel is in Little India area with bus stops, MRT stations, lots of shopping and good food nearby. Below the hotel there is a small mall with a grocery store - very convenient! We would recommend Citadine and will stay again when we return to Singapore.
