Clean and big room with great service”
We stayed at Somerset St George Terrace during our honeymoon in Perth last December. The room was big and clean, very different from the other hotel that we have stayed in Perth prior to moving. The room was also very clean and super for business travellers, complete with a big desk. There was also parking available just below the hotel, on the street, although you might need to pay at certain times. The hotel is just one street away from the happening city centre and near to a large supermarket that can provide to your needs. It is relatively peaceful compared to the city centre of much hype. If you need some drinks at night, the bar downstairs also serve as a good hangout before sleep. We requested for an international travel adaptor as we forgot to bring ours and they promptly brought it up to us without a charge. The service was good and fast. Highly recommended.
Definitely great value.”
First of all a complaint. Not about the hotel, about your reviewing software. it's really annoying when the review gets stuck on submit. It's happened to me before. Please troubleshoot it. Hotel review: We enjoyed our stay totally. Rooms were comfortable and spacious and amenities were comprehensive. Liked the decore. We didn't eat there, so can't comment on dining. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Obviously the location was convenient, close enough to pretty much everything in the city, including bus or train. I've already recommended Citadines to some Japanese friends who are visiting Perth soon!
Spacious room with an amazing spa”
I got an excellent deal of $200 a night for the Studio Premier, which had a massive spa in the room located right beside the bed. It was an incredibly romantic room, with large windows looking out onto St Georges Terrace. I was very happy with the spacious room size, double sinks in the bathroom with marble base, and very comfortable bed. Only possible negatives were the dated box TV and less than impressive shower. But the overwhelming positives easily make up for this. The bathrobes in the room were a nice touch. It would have been perfect if there was a hotplate and some basic utensils in the small kitchenette area. Nevertheless facilities were adequate, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Would highly recommend for couples looking for a romantic escape.
2 Days Away”
My husband and I had a great stay at Citadines St Georges Terrace Appt. Lovely big comfortable room and we were able to make light lunch snacks in our room. It was an easy walk into the heart of town. Great cafe's just nearby and a bus stop virtually at the door. Very friendly staff. We would stay again.
Cool Location!”
Citadines hotel is right next to a cool new dining and drinking part of the West End of Perth city, which includes The buzzing Print Hall (our first visit there) and Trustee Bar and Bistro. But don’t worry, it’s close enough to pretty much everything in the city, including bus or train. For the energetic or athletic - Kings Park is a 10 minute walk up the hill. Rooms were comfortable and spacious and amenities were comprehensive. We rally liked the decore. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay totally!
Comfortable, clean and good location.”
My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Citadines Perth. The room we stayed in way spacious, clean and comfortable. It's right in the city, a perfect location if your planning on going out in the city, clubbing, eating out etc. The service was great and the prices were very reasonable. Would defiantly stay again!
Good value for money”
I recently stayed at Citadines on St George Street for a conference in Perth. It was perfectly located to nearby shops and all conference facilities. The check in and check out process was smooth. Rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. The hotel was very quiet with no traffic noise (I was on the 5th floor). Disappointing elements were the staff who were very unwelcoming throughout our 5 night stay. It was rare to get an acknowledgement from them and a smile. As these staff are front-of-house, it made for a very uninviting experience.
Within cbd”
Pros: very good spacious apartment-hotel with friendly staff Cons: Bottled water not provided, location although is within cbd is not as close to any supermarket and train stations (ie perth station) if you are traveling out. There is a CAT bus close to the hotel however not many buses drop there if you are traveling from close to Perth station where food and shopping seen located. It’s good if you don’t mind walking a bit. Overall still a very good hotel.
Hotel or home”
You could live in this "room" - more like an apartment - I have rented smaller bed-sits! Like all my stays via Agoda all comments have regard to the great prices that Agoda achieves. I stayed 3 nights at the very reasonable rate of $145/night for the standard room and got upgraded to a room with a spa. I ordered the full breakfast day one which was great and lasted me the three days! Apart from that I didn't dine in but the reataurant looked good and if the quality of the cooking for breakfast was any indication then I wouldn't have minded trying the fare. I think the hotel was designed as a serviced apartment style place as there is a house in their rooms. Very spacious, seperate bath/spa, shower and toilet. Once was obviously a full kitchen but now just a fridge (empty) electric jug and basic tea/coffee facilities. Very clean room and plenty towels etc. Location is great and easy walk to river, Kings Park and all things Perth has to offer. Buses and taxis at door + a convenience store - all good. One rate I saw advertised on your site put The Parmelia (Hilton around the corner) at only $24 more and it has a pool and upmarket restaurant (The Globe) but I wasn't there for that. The staff were efficient and helpful - all in all, very satisfied with stay.
Super Location, with very Nice Off Site Gym ”
My stay at Citadines has been great. It's easy to advice tour agent on where he can pick us up. It's very near to 2 Supermarkets, Coles & Woolsworth. Near London Court where you can enjoy a freshly brewed coffee. The rooms are really clean, with kitchenette, self help laundry service at no additional charges. We had totally enjoyed ourselves and the stay in Citadines! I would come back to Citadines again when I am in Perth. Oh yes! Free wifi & and a very well equipped offsite gym!
Excellent”
The facilities in the studio flats are good: microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge. So it is very easy to organize breakfasts and light meals. The bathroom had a bath, a shower, a wash hand basin and separate toilets. There are free laundry facilities as well on floor 2 and floor 6. The rooms are spacious. A very good and convenient place to stay in the centre of Perth CBD as there are free bus services just outside the front of the hotel.
Super Good Location & with Kitchenette”

Geat value for money”
The Citadel apartments are great value for money, are close to the Perth Convention Centre and offer free internet. Handy to have a kitchenette where you can do your own brekky stuff. I'll absolutely stay there again. Janice G.
Fabulous stay would stay again”
Really enjoyed our stay. Great location in the city, food, shopping and city centre very close. Staff were great. Rooms very comfortable and good facilities. Would definately stay again when visiting Perth
overnight stay”
my stay was overnight brought about by family business in perth. your location was the main factor as it was close to family meeting place. Staff were polite and welcoming and I enjoyed my stay. i had to use the convention centre 24hr parking as hotel facility was full and as i had not done that before I was a little anxious for the safety of my car but that proved groundless.
Very comfortable hotel right in the CBD”
Hotel is located in a very convenient location close to many attractions in Perth city, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Room was very clean and comfortable to stay in, although the air con could have been better if it was more responsive. Staff were very friendly and willing to help (e.g. When I found that the bathtub plug was not the right size, reception found the correct one and delivered it to my room personally). In terms of amenities/facilities, stay would have been better if there was a swimming pool/spa/sauna or gym, and the TV was very old & sometimes fuzzy. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Somerset, and would consider staying here again if I am able to get early bird discounts!
Good sevice, clean and idy”
stayed for one night, staff where welcoming and helpful. room was modern, good size, clean and tidy. i had hoped to make use of hotel parking, but was unable to book ahead, parking is allocated on a first in basis. overall great hotel, having stayed in other hotels in perth this one is excellent value for money, great location, good staff, parking.... up the road!
Great spot in Perth CBD”
We had a lovely stay at the Citadines St Georges. The location was perfect, the room was spacious and the staff were very helpful. Great value for money for such a centrally located hotel!
Great central place to stay”
I found the location ideal for me and it was in close proximity to the workshop I was attending over the weekend at Perth Convention Centre. The room was nice and clean. I would recommend this hotel to others
Great location, clean and comfortable”
Was pleasantly surprised. Last minute choice to stay in Perth on Christmas night. Arrived late, but staff were friendly and attentive and made sure I was comfortably settled. Room was a good size, bed was excellent, bathroom great and good kitchenette with tea and coffee making facilities. Box television was a let down though, but reception was good.
