Unbeatable location. Near the London eye, Bigben, Trafalgar square, the Strand and West End theaters. There's also Tesco nearby. Restaurants are everywhere. So many tourist spots within walking distance. 2 Tube (subway) stations are very near for easy traveling anywhere. The Embankment station also has the River Boat to cruise by the Thames. The hotel lobby has a free coffee machine as well as tea and hot chocolate.

Great Location, Cosy Apartment Hotel”
Stayed for more than 1 week during the Christmas week 2022. Emailed the hotel to confirm booking through Agoda before arrival and Hotel responded promptly. Booked a 1 bedroom Apartment, comes with a double bed and a sofa-bed with microwave and dishwasher. Sofa-bed not the most comfortable, but was okay. Room condition slightly old, with wear-and-tear damage here and there. Staff was superb and friendly. Free coffee machine at the lobby but unfortunately not available at night and machine breaks down quite often during our stay. Room heating was good enough, 1-time free cleaning is provided for any booking exceeding 6 nights. The location is great to access 2 subway lines and plenty of buses. Also walking distance to many London attractions, museums and places of Interest. Tesco, Sainsbury and local convenience store nearby. Plenty of eateries within walking distance too.

Our check in was smooth, the foyer was spacious and clean. Key cards to get in through front door. Our room was spacious and very clean. Comfy beds and air con and heat that worked. Free useable WiFi

My husband and I went for a week on vacations first time in London big city and we like to walk up and down looking everything. The hotel is placed in a neural location for that being at the trafalgar square means that you’re in the middle of everything to begin to visit London. Nice Hotel nice staff perfect location

My weeks stay at Citadines, Trafalgar square”
I travelled on my own to London for a week. This is the third time I've stayed at Citadines, Trafalgar Square. The location is very convenient for The National Theatre and many museums and train stations. I feel very safe and comfortable at Citadines I like having a small kitchen and having the choice of going out to eat or bringing food in. My room was very clean and the front desk staff were always helpful. I look forward to staying there next year.

Great location and facilities. My only 2 issues is that the business center (printer) was down and that my room was too close to a bar/alley on cravens street. Didn’t get a lot of sleep prior to the London marathon. If you can avoid that. All is well…

The hotel was perfectly located, extremely safe with many levels of access security, very clean, quiet and comfortable, very pleasant staff. The price was fair. The only issue I had was that I did not know that "due to covid" (which frankly i think is a budget excuse in the entire hospitality industry) there was no housekeeping. But the staff was awesome.

Value for money, but a little noisy”
We had a twin room for my young son and I. It was basic but all we needed for one night and felt clean enough. I loved the amount of space we had due to having the kitchenette and large window. However, the pillows were pretty lumpy and I could hear all the noise from the street below (Saturday night so lots of raucous people). I guess the rooms are not overly soundproof but it wasn't the end of the world. Perhaps they have quieter rooms which are not at the end of the building. My earbuds blocked out the worst of it. However they could probably do with waterproof mattresses. My son threw up in the night, a little of it soaked through to the mattress, at which point we saw all the other stains. It was a bit gross. But we called housekeeping at midnight and they brough fresh bedding up for us and we put the soiled bedding in a bag for them. I would probably stay here again if all we needed was somewhere to sleep. Good value for money. And huge apologies to the poor person that had to deal with our bedding!
