Definitely value for money. Room we got was really clean, bathroom was good. Showers we're all working perfectly well... The bed was just great. Location of this hotel is highly accessible and just a few minutes drive to major establishments in Cabanatuan.

Clean and Affordable”
This is our 2nd time to stay in this hotel. It was still clean and affordable but we had a few problems with water in the shower. They were very accommodating though and responsive and tried their best to resolve the issues immediately. They were also nice to allow us to check-in a little early.

Clean, quiet, friendly, accommodating staff. Location excellent for SM Mall. Associated spa massage was excellent value for money. The 90 mins long shiatsu massage with foot reflexology was fantastic value for PHP 500. Although there is not food available just 25 metres away there is a Razons which had excellent and cheap authentic Philippino food for breakfast and then all day.

I really like the quaint ambiance of the place. The birds, the koi, the nice pieces of furnitures available for lounging in the balcony, the lighting and small plants along the hallway all adds up to a nice feel of the place. And since it offers just a few units, it gives off a peaceful, private air. There are few restaurants across the street offering unli samgyupsal. Too bad we were not able to try it. I reckon drinks might also be offered there. I heard a cafe will soon be available in the apartelle, saw the guys working on it. A massage spa is available downstairs, though they do not offer room service. The place is very accessible. Just a few minutes walk away from the main road where 7-Eleven, Mercury drug, Jollibbe and Chowking are. SM is also a walking distance, but you can also easily hail a tricycle should it be too hot outside for you to walk. Compared to nearby hotels, Citi Styles offers the best price, given the size and appearance of the rooms it offers. Will definitely choose it again whenever I am in the area.

Clean room and location is in the heart of bunch or restaurants but that their window type aircon is too noisy and can disturb you while you are sleeping. Then their water heater in shower room doesn't works.

The pool was for kids. I expected a little deeper than 4 ft hahaha. But all in all, the services were quite good compared to some hotels in cabanatuan. P. S. I love the breakfast buffet!

Overall it was satisfactory and the place actually looked great but I wanted to share somethings i noticed that would have elevated the look and feel of the place. They are not deal breakers but certainly noticeable. It could use a bit more cleaning as there were some noticeable cobwebs. The furniture and fixtures appear to be higher end but there were are few things that could have been done better/professionally. - There were a few screws were protruding out from the side of the cabinet under the sink which were pointy and dangerous specially since we had small children. - shower door did not close properly since the door was hitting the bottom plate of the door stop and did not reach the rubber part of it. - caulking on the mirror looked like it was either done improperly or used a cheap brand that cracked easily. - the same with the door frame sides, it was cracking and looked out of place compared to the beautiful tiles in the bathroom

The room is spacious, aircon is working excellent. The place is very accessible to shopping mall, there are plenty of restaurants around the area, jogging and walking path is also nearby, transport is easy. The only disappointment is the staff that doesn’t pick up the rubbish on a daily basis, doesn’t initiate room tidying, you have to ask them for everything like changing the sheets, rubbish pick up, etc. Also, they need to do some serious scrubbing on the toilet floor and shower door to get rid of the water marks. There is no hot water, the water pressure needs checking as well.

Hi Michelle, Apologies for this as cleaning rooms is available upon request. Coming from this, we will make sure to communicate this to all the guests. Noted also on the water marks on the water marks, this is something that the management is already looking into solving as scrubbing does not remove marks. Hot water, on the other hand, is available. It has a breaker in front of the toilet. Regarding water pressure, the hotel has a pump but we'll make sure to check this as well. Thank you for your feedback so that we know where to improve on. :)
