Nice budget hotel”

The interior was really good for a budget hotel and great hotel overall. Unfortunately for me, I stayed in a room where the hot water wasn’t working properly which was room 204.

The hotel seems like going to sold by the owner because i was complaining about the leak of water in Air Conditioner but they only give me a towel to handle that. So dissapointed

Ok for the price”

Simlar to the other Citihub hotel in Surabaya. But the room smaller, a lot of ants in the room, the breakfast food were ready made and was heated in the micro, and here there were no door to the rooms in the lobby which would keep strangers out. So where the other Citihub did stand out as unusually good for one budget hotel - this one were more average.

I spent a night at citihub after my business trip. This hotel is located near train station and easy to come up there. Unless the room is small but it's comfy enough and clean. The price is affordable.
