poor shower, and only serve vegetarian breakfast
convenience for food and shopping for local products
Disappointed with the shower facility (the water pressure was too low...end up very slow water flow, difficult to take shower). Breakfast turned up only served vegetarian....no eggs, sausages or ham as shown in the picture. A bit overprice for the condition and facilities provided.

Great location
great location n reasonable price, shortcut to airport railway link station.
I'm traveling to bkk 3-4 times annually and used to stay at this hotel due to the location is convenient, friendly staff n reasonable price. Along the way walking to the hotel there's variety of food stall which will run their business until midnight so it's very safety even going back to hotel late night.

Room is dirty and dusty
The room is very dirty and dusty, requested to change to the main building during midnight and was told there is no room left, keep insisting till they say they will change another room for me and my friend. Will never book this hotel again.

Food is heaven, shopping none stop and easy to get tuk tuk or taxi
It's being many times I holiday here... Citin is one of my choice. But I a bit disappointed with the in house massage as they are not friendly as last time, the massage also not that good. But the rest was good

Must for Budget Travellers
It's Clean, very standardised and the hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. Especially receptionist Kwan
I really enjoyed my stay here. The locality of this hotel is a major plus point. It's a 10 mins walk away from the train station and night markets are right outside the hotel. Consider it a very mini jatujak area. Though the in-house food isn't that appealing, the food stalls outside will sure appease your taste buds.

Overall hotel is good except for the location
Clean & neat room, friendly & helpful staff
Pros - The hotel advertised that it is 3 minutes walk to the nearest BTS (sky train). It took us at least 20 minutes (fast walk) to reach Ratchathewi BTS. This was unexpected and we felt cheated with the information as part of the reason that we booked this hotel is for the convenience of BTS. To take tuk-tuk to Ratchathewi BTS station cost us 100baht per trip (which is very costly as it is only 3 minutes away with tuk-tuk!). The hotel is also situated in the busy Pratunam area, thus it is difficult to grab a cab without extra charges (the cab drivers refused to use meter). It is also not situated at the main road so walking is around 10 minutes from the hotel. The so called free tuk-tuk service by the hotel to the nearest BTS station is almost non-existence (we only took ONE TIME free tuk-tuk service to Ratchathewi BTS during our 6 days stay). Cons - Friendly & helpful staff, clean & neat room with basic amenities like shower cap & cotton bud, 2 minutes walk to night market (which is opened every night) from hotel, numerous street food stalls & massage parlour to choose from day & night, 5 minutes to famous mall like Siam Paragon, Siam Centre, Central World & Platinum Mall via tuk-tuk (100baht per trip).

Good, clean, friendly
Clean, fragrant, staff
It was very good. street food are accessible and conveniently located on the road leading to the hotel. Hotel rooms are generally cleaner than some of their neighbouring hotels, friendly staff and over all happy with the stay.
