Dissatisfaction of Hotel Services
-Receptionist took long time to process for check-in. -Free shuttle Dur Dut is available but they asked us to walk or have to wait for a long time to take this service. -Inconvenient of hotel location as most of the taxi driver refused to go in due to bad traffic jam. -Another room took few hours for my friends to check-in successfully due to reasons of not ready and cleanliness in progress. -Bad breakfast buffet. -WiFi VERY weak. -Hotel staff not so friendly. -Will NOT choose this hotel for next visit.

I reach hotel at 11am staff tell me can check in on 2pm. 2 pm i come back hotel the staff tell me sit and wait after one hour hesaid give her more than half hour and then more half hour and i very hot she tell me them only have one cleaner staff to clean all the room. Last i check in on 4pm. Very bad service. And almost all taxi dunno this hotel and taxi also cannot drive through to the hotel lobby only can put passengers on the road and walk in to the hotel😤😤😤😤
