Friendly staff, spacious room, delicious breakfast, but cleanliness is a bit lacking maybe because the hotel is old and undergoing renovation. The pool is a bit dirty and there is no swimming pool for children, the fish pond is not functioning.

Good Room to Stay, But...”
The room is clean and comfortable, but the water for shower is not hot immediately. It need time to get hot. So, you have to open the water for more than 15 minutes to get hot water. For the facility, the swimming pool not clean regularly, because when I want to use, it was dirty. The breakfast only have "prasmanan type", bubur ayam, and bread. There's no omelet, sausages or any cake. But overall, if you want to sleep and stay all day in room, it's quite comfort.

I stayed in Citra Grand Hotel for 7 days for business, but I already felt like home, very comfortable hotel, friendly, fast response and helpful staff, great location only 5 minutes from exit toll, very delicious food for Japanese and another International food, many variation for menus,Good garden view, very clean in all hotel area. The lounge bar offer many recommended foods and beverages, I like Healthy juice very much there. It's amazing when I did my job in hotel using internet connection, it's free and very fast connection in all hotel area. This hotel also provides many facilities like transportation/cars to workplace, airport transfer and also some places when I was holiday. It's also near shopping mall, has spa, gym, karaoke, swimming pool, jogging track, 24 hours room services, security 24 hours. I felt very safe because using room key to access elevator and the corridor, so everyone cannot entrance except the guests only. I think it's very recommended hotel for travel or business trip also for family.

The reason why we're staying in this hotel was because we were invited to wedding which venue in karawang. Hotel room is clean. Staff okay. Location near the highway. Their speciality is japanese food. Perhaps because the hotel location is near to business district (warehouse/factory). Hotel is okay for business purpose. But not for family vacation. No pool for children and playing area.
