A bit Tired”
They were flexible with my Agoda booking changes
This hotel is a bit tired and the amenities were a bit lacking. Would be OK for someone on a budget that was just passing through, but as a business traveler I was looking for a bit more. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Nice and affordable hotel”
Affordable, quiet and close to a major attraction
Overall a nice experience. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The only regret is that wifi in the room s intermittent and staff did not have a permanent solution.

New hotel, but appears unfinished”
The bed
I changed from a very nice hotel in central Gurgaon for this one on the weekend so I could relax by the pool. When I checked in late Friday night, the baggage boy took me up to a room, and let me in to a room that was clearly currently occupied - there were clothes and bags in the wardrobe and one the chairs. Nonetheless he left me in the room, but returned 10 minutes later with another key and another room. You can imagine my disappointment on Saturday morning when I went up to check out the pool only to find that not only was it empty, but it appears as if it has never been used. I returned to my room to shower and hello! no hot water. I rang reception and they told me to wait for a while. I left the tap running for 20 minutes and guess what, still no hot water! I went out shopping later in the day, and when I returned and went to the lift to return to my room one of the staff ran across the lobby and asked me if I was staying at the hotel - when I said yes, he demanded to see my room key. I thought this to be very strange as there must have been only 10 or 15 people staying at the hotel, and by other hotels standards very rude. Sunday morning I wanted to sleep in as I had a late night flight home, but at 9am there was a knock at the door, then the doorbell rang. I got out of bed and answered the door and there was a porter with the newspaper - 'Here is your newspaper sir, and breakfast is served downstairs' 9am on Sunday! I had neither arranged or wanted a wake-up call, but I got one anyway... strange. Perhaps he was wanting a tip, but certainly I was in no mood to oblige. The hotel arranged a driver and car to take me to the airport. The driver knew one english word TIP, which he shouted at me when we got to the airport. The rooms were as nice as expected, and I got some work done in my room instead of by the pool, but the overall experience was serious disappointment. I must say AVOID!

Nice hotel with friendly staff”
good room, fair priced, friendly staff, room service, close to airport
i arrived late and they were very good to help me with my check in and baggage to my room. the front desk manager showed me to my room and as i inquired about room service he showed me what they had, made recommendations, and placed the order for me to the kitchen. it is also conveniently located close to the airport (close by india standards).
