Bad location and poor customer service
No smoking rooms available Very unfriendly staffs Hotel located in a two way road difficult to walk since there are no pavements No balcony or no windows There is a bad smell in the toilet Sent a tv from mbk to hotel, when i came hotel no notice was given, and when i ask the lady at the counter she says nothing received. But later i found tv myself in the lobby.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I don't recommend it to any body
Hello, My feedback of my stay is Citrus Sukhumvit 11 Bangkok by Compass Hospitality was very very bad and poor.. The internet was very very poor. The stuff was not professional, they called me at the early morning while I was sleeping to see my booking for that day at the time they have already had my booking...So, when I asked them about the reason they said to make sure and always make unjustified reasons…N The Towel is very very old...They must change it especially in 4-star hotels. When i came from outside at the afternoon I didn’t find any Towel at the Toilet and when i called the reception it took them 20 min to get me a Towel and when I asked the cleaners about the reason why they didn’t put the Towel in the Toilet since they cleaned the room, She said she doesn't know because she was not cleaning the room plus she was very rude with me...They always make lie reasons for their mistakes The cleaners make a lot of noise in the morning when they clean the room beside my room ev

Nice hotel bathroom was not fully clean.
Pros cheap, Cons no Iron in room and when I got a iron it was dirty and was not fully operational.
