Awful Experience with Reception Staff
2nd stay in this hotel. 1st stay, the security told the taxi driver the wrong airport and we nearly missed our flight home. This stay, everything was fine till upon check out. We were told we opened a chocolate which we definitely did not and so we refused to pay for it. The reception staff (a guy) then wrote a comment - "Guest refused to pay for chocolate" on the billing chit and made me sign on it. I refused to sign on it but he insisted that I do and gave us the disgusted look as if we want to cheat them of the chocolate that cost only 40 baht. We would have paid for the chocolate if we really opened it but we didn't as my husband and I are not fans of chocolate and moreover, we totally have no idea what kind / brand of chocolate that it. We gave tips to the security and concierge guys 100 baht each time as they helped us to open our room doors (my husband keep forgetting to bring the room key out), so what's with the 40 baht chocolate. We felt so wronged and humiliated with the reception guy's reaction and look as if I want to cheat him of 40 baht. Any future guests, please check what's in the room in the mini bar upon check in before such things happen to you. The hotel is quite far from the main road. Free Tuk Tuk service brings guests out to Nana BTS station and the guy who sends us out is really nice and both the day and night security staff.

Ok Stay
Handheld shower was broken. Also the door lock which was fixed. The biggest problem was during the rain the street in front of the hotel is completely flooded. You must Wade through calf high dirty water to get into the hotel.

overall is good
clean room and comfortable bed, friendly staffs but it serves the same breakfast everyday my only concern is the hotel location; it's abit far from the nearest BTS, need to walk on the narrow street and tuk tuk service from the hotel is only available from 9am!

Only criticism would be the road leading to hotel can get busy to walk along and floods if it rains for any length of time. Other than that, hotel and location is great.
