Spacious Family Rooms, courteous staff, not so good location
We rented two family rooms during our stay and it was spacious enough for four adults in each room. The room was clean and the staff was very accomodating of our requests. Breakfast is a simple serving of bread, hotdogs and coffee. When we came to check in though, it seems that they are unaware that they have guests coming in that night. We had a hard time looking for the place since the location pin in google maps is not correct. They could do a little more maintenance with the bathroom and room locks.

Not a good place to stay
Yes the place was in Tagaytay proper but it was in the border of Sta. Rosa and Tagaytay. it was a 15 min drive to the city itself. When we checked in, it was very difficult to lock the door. You have to use the keys to lock it from the inside. The bathroom, was awwwwwfuuuuul. There was insufficient supply of water, there were stains on the sheets, the tv was grounded, there were no lights in the balcony. Breakfast was included for 2. But you only get to get a plate of 4 hotdogs, 2 cups of coffee and 4 slices of bread and take note this is served in just one plate that you have to share with your partner. I would not book this hotel again. It's better if we just drove to the city proper and there were heaps of cheap hotels nearby. I would rate my experience as 2 out of 10.

Bathroom is awful. Faucet and shower are not working properly. Also, there's no control on the hot/cold shower. Door knob is broken. There's no remote for the TV

Too far from tagaytay
Cable tv, across loumars
Location too far from tagaytay but just across Loumars. Bed was ok but the frame was metal so its too noisy when you move. Cable tv was the only positive thing in this hotel/motel. Bathroom was a disaster and dirty and the worst thing is that it doesnt have water after midnight.

worst hotel ever
Ive been using agoda for 7 yrs and this by far is the worst! Stuck doors, no hot water, rude receptionist (lea alvarez) asking for 400 surcharge as we check out, without prior notice, soiled linens, the list goes on! Do not book this hotel!
