Too close to the main highway excessive traffic noise and walkway alongside room very noisy and no privacy. Though the staff was very friendly and the lady tried to be very helpful, it was not her fault at all. It's just a terrible place when it comes to privacy and quietness.

Free wifi but no wifi signal inside the room. Free food, they told us choose from tosilog or tapsilog but they choose what they want to give us. They didn’t clean the room, just spray downy fabric conditioner to smell good inside the room but they forget the CR.

One night stay”
We chose this place because it's near Angelfields where my friend's wedding reception was held. It was difficult to sleep because there vehicles passing and you can loudly hear them which was not the hotel's fault. Also, someone was doing the laundry at an ungodly hour, we can clearly hear the washing machine. The linen doesnt smell clean, it looked clean though. There werent enough outlets to charge your gadgets too. It was not a terrible experience.

The staff din not inform us ahead of time that the check-out time was 11am. They charged us Php200 for extra hour. Comfort rooms is not that clean. There were too many mosquitos inside our room. Bed sheets does not smell clean. No trash bin inside/outside the room.

There is nothing but rooms in the building. No place to hang out or eat in. Rooms are rented out by 3 hours, 12 hours or overnight, like a motel. Parking is directly located fronting the rooms, facing the main road. Room decor is better than most, same for the bed. Small dining set for two and small writing table in the room. Airconditioning works well but they don't have a generator. I sat in the dark and heat for hours during a power outage. The bathroom is very disappointing. Hot water availability is intermittent. Only two pieces each of one fourth inch of square soap and sachet of shampoo is provided. Breakfast is A La Carte served in your room, of average quality. Horrible coffee.

The place looks is far from the restaurants a little old and unclean”
Location is far from the restaurants and spa. When my husband layed down in bed and hugged the pillows he immediately threw it because it smelled so bad. We asked for another set of pillows but it had the same smell. We decided to have a massage so I called for home servicr therapists. As were going down, my husband had a hard time locking the door, we called the attendent and the key got broken so we were transferred to another room. Since the place was more than 10 kilometers away from the city, they were charging us 1,200 pesos each for 1.5 hours massage. We decided to go to the massage place and was only charged 300 pesos per hour per head...We went back to Citta about 2 am. We woke up at the knocing of room attendent at 6am because he was delivering our breakfast. Dang!

The worst hotel accommodation we have ever experienced!!! Comfortrooms were not only unclean (to be subtle about it) but also, the faucets & pipes leak and the drainage was clogged thus the entire comfortroom flooded, that the water almost flowed out to the bedroom when I had a shower. TV was also terrible and needed replacement because the problem is obviously with the picture tube already (blurred, unsteady & full of irritating lines), not to mention that they could not even provide a remote control. What.s also annoying is the lack of electric sockets.,,only 2 for the entire room that to be able to use the electric kettle,we either had to unplug the disgusting TV to free a socket or bring the kettle to the bathroom where there is the other socket. . . . . Even if it is one of the cheap/low-cost hotels in Tagaytay, it is definitely not worth it to saty here. . . as a matter of fact we felt robbed!!!

Hideous experience. Only good thing happened was the reception at that time was accommodating and prepared our breakfast on time. Victor, the other staff failed to reserve two rooms for us despite my text one day before arriving, asked for the booking confirmation.
