Had a hassle-free stay at City Center Hotel a few days ago. I couldn't have asked for a better hotel for what it's worth. • I communicated with them via email and they were very responsive • Staffs at the hotel are very courteous, outgoing and helpful beyond our needs • Room was clean, even the beds were tidy and smelled good (only problem was a leak in the bathroom that caused a small puddle of water but not really something that bothered me) • Location of the hotel and view from our room was just PERFECT! • Will definitely be my top choice of hotel everytime I visit Baguio

Best Hotel along Session Road”
Been here many times, no complaints so far. Pros: 1. Just along Session Rd., near Burham park,public market,SM Baguio,many groceries and restaurant 2. Staff are polite and courteous 3. Very easy to request for a make up room 4. All rooms have their own A/C, bidet & hot/cold shower which is very important 5. Strong flushing toilet so far in all of my stay here. 6. With lift from 2nd flr- 6th flr 7. Easy access on room entry via card key Cons: 1. Pillow is very thin, good thing i booked in a twin room. 2. Mattress is in between firm and hard 3. 1 small trash bin inside the bathroom which i sugesst they also add inside the room. 4. No back up generator during power interruptions 5. No minibar inside the room Over all. Its a 5/5 for me. Will i stay again here? Well,definitely.

Had a great time at Baguio City with our stay at City Center Hotel. Very convenient yung location from burham park, sm baguio and night market, along session road pa siya. Sulit na sukit ung stay and ang linis ng room and di mo na din need lumayo at may makakainan at kapehan sa baba, Beans talk - masarap ung pagkain, sulit sa presyo! Will definitely book again kapag napunta kmi sa baguio! Thank you :)

Great value for money”
I love staying at this hotel whenever I go to Baguio. True to its name, it's really at center of the city which makes everything accessible by walking or jeepney. You will save a lot on transpo cost because no need to.take taxi anymore. The place is so clean and they provided free breakfast! I was even allowed to check in early (830am) since the room.is already available, without additional cost. And! There's bidet! I think the only downside will be for those who have elderly or pwd companions because the elevator starts at the 2nd floor. You will have to climb the stairs going inside and to the first floor. But, aside from that, I really recommend staying here, even if it may cost a little bit more than other hotels.. the location is great and you will be able to save a lot in terms of transpo cost! And one more thing, the rooms have windows (at least the ones I've tried) so you would still get natural light.

Best location for a first time travellers. Along Session Road. Walking distance to Burnham Park, SM Baguio, Night Market, Fast foods etc. Amazing staff!!! Beans Talk Cafe is in the same building. Amazing View of Session Rd while having breakfast 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Very convenient and accessible”
The hotel is very accessible from the famous Session road. Everything you need like grocery store, public market or restaurants are just right around the corner. We arrived very early at 4am and the staff welcomed us warmly and offered us a nice couch that we can rest and sleep for a while since all rooms are booked and we are yet to check in at the standard hour of 2pm. The staff are very accommodating and they make you feel at home through their greetings and smiles. When I visit Baguio again, this hotel will surely sit at the top of my choices.

The location is very accessible. Restaurants, transportation, night market, church and grocery is walking distance. Room is big, clean and aircon is working. Will recommend this place to my friends and family. We will definetely stay here everytime we visit Baguio.

Best location at an affordable price”
The location is in the heart of City. It's affordable. They were very generous in accomodating me at 9am even if the check in time is at 2pm because there were available rooms. The staff were very polite as always. Cozy rooms despite it being affordable. Restroom is big. The air conditioner is working and looks new. I will go back for sure

Highly recommended! Not a fancy, extravagant looking hotel but really a budget wise and clean hotel. Plus the location is really accessible to all the fave spot of my kids. Great experience, fast checkin”
We stayed Feb 8-9. We were a group booked into different rooms. What I liked was how fast they were in processing check in. This might be the fastest I have experience comparing to five stars hotel. They were very attentive and helpful. They also gave us free breakfast even though it was not included in the agoda booking. Breakfast was good! We had an issue with the water not heating but they fixed it right away. I also requested for an extra pillow and hair dryer. We loved how it was so close to Burnham park, night market and restaurants. This hotel will be our staple everytime we will travel to Baguio. Kudos to all staff!

We stayed here 2 years ago, and the service is still the same in 2020. Their staff is friendly and helpful. The room is nice and clean. Breakfast at Beans Talk is amazing. Also, it's pretty much close to everything. You can walk to Burnham Park, Baguio Public Market, etc. from here. I can't wait for my next Baguio trip! Will surely stay here again!
