"this hotel is very well located. just walking distance to the center of madrid - sol. it has a metro station directly in front of the hotel and therefore very well connected to the airport. the service was very nice and friendly. very attentive. we wanted to check-in at 11am but the room was not ready yet. without a saying we've been given a free welcome drink and an upgrade to the next better room. very nice bathroom. sleeping room a bit small but what you expect from a city hotel. the windows may not be isolated so therefore you may hear traffic outside but since it's a small road you just can hear sometimes a car passing. but the hotel is definitively 4 star worth. we'll choose this hotel again for our next madrid stay. absolutely recommendable."

"The hotel is a bit far from the center. You have to walk around 2 kilometers and the straight route seems to be unsafe. Other than that, everything is okay. Staff were generally pleasant and helpful. Our room was a bit small but not uncomfy. It has a very nice view of the city."

"Nice, little, hotel a lift away from Gran Vía. The rooms are modern, equipped with internet, mini- refrigerator and stunning views of the city. The bathroom is tiny and enclosed in a glass wall next to the bed. There is also a sewer smell coming from the AC units which kind of lowered my ratings of the place. Aside from that, you are literally close to everything."

"Family Room (for 4) for 7 nights. We love: 1. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. It is in the city center and almost everything is within less than 10 minutes walking distance - sights, restaurants/cafes, shopping, metro station. 2. Keyless. Your fingerprints are your keys. No need to rummage through your bag looking for your keys. No need to share keys with companions. Love it! 3. Spacious. The room as well as the toilet and bath. 4. Minimalist style. Some things to improve on: 1. We stayed for 7 nights and we were not given/replenished with some amenities - shampoo, soaps etc. I don't expect it to be replenished everyday but atleast every other day? The ones provided on the 1st day won't last for 4 people in 7 days. 2. Lack of clothesline. Even for small items like undies & socks. A definite value for money :)"

"Great location & very close to the supermarket & shopping & metro. Hotel breakfast was good & worth the extra money paid for it. But the hotel did Lower the standards of the rooms since the courtyard Marriot took over the hotel. Sink & shower water was very yellow & muddy brown. Also bring some extra toiletries with you since the shower shampoos & soap are so small. Electric wall plugs Broken. Limited number of pillows. It is looking more like a motel than a hotel. I stayed there many times over the years and did see the deterioration in hotel facilities. "
