Clean hotel, friendly staff, good value for money”
Great value for money, good location, very clean. Staff are very nice. We booked a standard double and they even upgraded us to a deluxe twin when we arrived. The night before we were due to check out, we asked if we could extend our stay by one night. At first they were reluctant to do this and told us to book online. This was a little frustrating, as we were at the reception with the money in our hand. in the end they agreed we could pay the same rate, but move to a standard double. This was obviously very fair. The next morning we asked which room we should move and there was a different member of staff on reception, who said we should pay a higher rate. They said we would need to book online for the lower rate. We said we had been promised the same rate as before and in the end they let us have a standard double for the same rate. We also wanted to book some later dates to stay at the hotel for when we will be returning to Phnom Penh. However, we had a pay a much higher price to do this and they told us to book online to be able to get the cheap price again. Again, this was a little frustrating. In the past when we have booked guest houses or hotels online and we have wanted to extend stay/book later dates, we have always been able to do this at reception and pay the same rate in cash. When we tried to book online, the prices had increased; so we booked elsewhere and they lost our business.

I Love This Hotel”
City Centre Hotel is my go to place in Phnom Penh. I've stayed there 3 or 4 times and I can't fault it. It's an older hotel but well kept, the staff are great , friendly & helpful & the position is the best. The hotel is close to the river, eateries and plenty of places to go to( Central & night ,markets are close by). If you're after 5star, keep looking but the City Centre Hotel's price is reasonable and gives great value for money. See you all next visit.

Modern, Clean hotel. Great Value!”
we have been traveling around sea for some time with room night budget...and were very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. it was the best shower i've used in a while - with a proper walk-in shower, great water pressure, and hot! the bathroom was quite modern overall, as was the room. we opted for a smaller room without a window and it was small but comfortable for a couple nights. our rate was night and included breakfast which was good (no complaints). staff was helpful and location was great. i've recommended this a few times to other travelers we've met since our visit to phnom penh because its truly a sure thing at this price.

Very good mid-range hotel in Phnom Penh”
we've stayed here twice on our visits to phnom penh and have been very pleased both times. the staff have always been helpful and most seem very genuine and friendly. the location is good (as the name suggests)- a short walk to the riverfront and central market, as well as many bars and restaurants. the rooms are clean and fair-sized (a little small for the basic rooms but no real problem). all food and drink that we had there was great, particularly the varied breakfast menu. very good hotel for the price - highly recommended.

Centrally located well equipped budget hotel ”
Double room was small, but had air con, mini fridge, strong wifi, tv with dozens of channels, separate shower stall and incredibly comfortable bed. Very clean. No in-room safe, but lockers are located at reception. Helpful staff, ok breakfast. Short walk to Sisowath Quay, night market and restaurants. Lots of tuk tuks in front of hotel. Make sure you set a price before you leave or you may pay too much. Traffic is horrible in Phnom Penh, so tuk tuks are your best travel option.

Thank you Dennis Glad you enjoyed your stay. In Room Safes are available on request. Yes agreed, settle on a price with Tuk Tuks before you start. Reception can give you an indication of a fair price. Roy Edwards Director Operations
Good Location near riverfront”
city center hotel is a modern hotel, with very friendly staff. hotel is not far from the riverfront, which has many restaurants and bars. room was good. nice beds, air cond, tv, computer with free internet access, and a nice bathroom. i will be staying at this hotel again, during my next stay in phnom penh.

Small but great value for money!”
The rooms are quite small but they are very clean and the beds are great! After a long bus ride we were delighted to see our rooms. There was a little misunderstanding regarding the rooms, because we booked and paid via Agoda extra beds. However, because of the size of the room, an extra bed wouldn't fit. Good thing management was quick to provide an alternative by giving us another room, free of charge. The bathrooms are also clean. The breakfast is simple, bacon, egg and toast. No rice available. Location is okay, near the river. It's fairly easy to go around Phnom Penh since there are tuktuks almost everywhere. Would definitely stay here again.

Exactly What It Says On The Tin!”
My stay here was brilliant! The room, that didn't have a window which I expected, was exceptionally comfortable! Good sized beds as a good sized bathroom! The staff here were all very friendly and very helpful throughout my stay! The location of the hotel is good, be block away from the riverfront and a short walk from all of the tourist attractions and the bars, of which Phnom Penh has a lot to offer! A great stay and would stay here again!

Awesome hotel, great location”
I had another great stay. My hotel of choice whenever I'm in Phnom Penh. It's on St 130, about 2 blocks from the river. Very near the entertainment, bars, restaurant area. Staff is good and very helpful with various arrangements. Maids are great too. My only cons are I wish they had in-room safes and wifi is not good in the lower level rooms, but 3rd floor on up, it works great and also works great in the lobby.

Nice Double budget room”
I had a nice stay at this hotel, the staff are friendly, you can put your luggages at receptionist in the morning and back again for check in in the afternoon, the room & bathroom are clean, very quite eventough it's located in the city centre which is busy and noisy, they always asking for our needs like transportation to airport or for traveling around phnom penh, they will also asking if we need breakfast of other. There also a phone in the room. Definitely will come back and stay in this hotel.

Great Value, Clean, and Friendly Staff”
Centrally located at a couple blocks from the River, walking distance to the Central Market, and Night Market, this hotel is one of my favorites. Every time we visit Phnom Penh, we make a point of staying here. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and there are many bars and restaurants nearby.

Aptly titled - City Centre”
This little hotel is well-located in the heart of Phnom Penh. Turn right, you'll head to Central Market and turn left to Riverside. We were there for 1 night and were quite pleased with our stay there. Rooms are small but cozy and comfortable. Overall, a good value for money budget hotel.

reasonable price, clean room, good location”
I went for working, the hotel is near my office. And also near the attractive places of Phnom Penh. The staffs is friendly and helpful. Near by the hotel there are many restaurants and easy to walk to the river-front. The room is small but clean and not noisy. It is a good place with a reasonable price.

Good location, Small rooms and limited services”
Arrived at hotel slightly earlier than usual check-in time. You'll find couple of receptionist welcoming you. They try their best to help you by speaking in English and offering drinks but funnily enough they forgot to mention my room number or which floor or to give room key. It may be one of the exceptional case but better to keep in mind if you want to avoid hassle of running around a few times. Expect rooms to be smaller than what you see in pictures but good enough for a couple of nights sleep. Surprisingly washrooms are big and good. Breakfast is ala-carte. Taste-wise it is okay but nothing to boast or shout about. You find tuktuk waiting just outside hotel 24/7. Tuk tuk is best way to see around PP. Hotel's best advantage is it's location- Bars, pubs, riverside, central market and Russian market are all within 3$ (max) travel by tuktuk. Enjoy your stay in City Centre, Phnom Penh. This place is good for a no-frills, easy going and clean stay. I recommend it for a short stay.

Good hotel in the centre of Phnom Penh”
The hotel is basic, but clean and well maintained and fine for the money you pay. The rooms are really very small and don't all have windows, but this is fine if you are just looking for a place to sleep at night and aren't staying very long. The bathroom did smell a bit of drains, but the shower is good and it is clean and fairly modern. The staff were friendly and helpful in arranging taxis etc. We found it a good hotel with a good price, and we stayed there again for a second time when we came back to phnom penh to take a flight to our next destination.

Best Value for money hotel in Phnom Penh!”
Love this hotel. I've stayed here a few times now and can't fault it or the staff. It's in a great position, close to the river, eateries, markets and many entertainment venues. It's my place to stay in Phnom Penh. Thanks again for a great stay.

Great Location and Friendly Staff”
I like staying here where everything is near by including the Royal Palace, National Museum, western union, night market bars and restaurants. A walk along the river is nice. The central market is 10 - 15 minute walk or $1/2 tuk tuk ride. The hotel does not really have a restaurant just a kitchen to make breakfast. The staff will help you make arrangements for excursion outside of Phnom Penh if so desired. The room is clean and bathroom is kept dried with an enclosed shower stall.

great budget riverside hotel ”
City Centre Hotel is a great centrally located hotel near Phnom Penh's riverside ... every thing works here: air con, elevator, hot water, room cleaned daily, friendly helpful staff ... close to night life, transport (bus and train station) and restaurants ... guest friendly (with ID) ... I will be staying there again after visiting Siem Reap

Excellent value for money ”
I've stayed here a few times. The budget/standard rooms are small but very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. It's all you need if you are out most of the time enjoying Phnom Penh. Good breakfast and staff are great. Location is perfect.
