Few minutes walk to riverside with awesome view of the city
3 blocks away from Sisowath Quay or the Riverside with its never ending food & entertainment joints and of course the spectacular view of the river especially at night. Location is the only redeeming feature of this hotel though. It's on street 130 with just 10 mins walk straight to the central market. I'd suggest spending most of your time outside. The elevator stinks and stayed that way throughout my stay. Nobody took the initiative to clean it up or something. Twice given wrong room keys/cards when I checked in around 6pm. It was occupied and or not cleaned for new guests. I hope they do something about their systems. Nevertheless the staff were all nice

Good hotel. Close to sisowath quay.
The staff are very friendly. The restaurant downstairs serves good food, both Khmer and western. The hotel is close to the quay and its a 15 minute walk to wat Phnom.

Not worth the money
The most terrible hotel I’ve ever experienced ! After the wrong room arrangement of the hotel staff and without any apologies, we were taken to the family room. And since that time, we had experienced 2 terrible nights there. My uninvited roomates were the rats who chased each other all the night on the ceiling and the mosquitoes who flied around the room and seemed very excited before the delicious meal (our blood, of course). The scariest thing was the dead rat smell which spread from the toilet plaster ceiling. I felt so obsessed with that disgusting smell that I had to tell the staff about it and she had tried to erase this smell by a kind of cheap room perfume, which made everything even worse. About the sanitariness, there were a lot of stains on the toilet and bedroom floor, which proved that the hotel had not regularly cleaned the room. About other convenience, the hotel did not provide us any kinds of drinking in the room so we had to go outside to buy pure water. In short, I highly recommend that you should consider carefully before deciding to stay in this hotel, it is absolutely not worth your money. I bet!

Not worth the price
Room is definitely not worth the price. The price is 2x higher $$ for this kind of hotel/ room. The staffs are not very friendly or helpful but acceptable. The hotel tuk-tuk service is quite expensive and the guy is not very friendly, speaks only 1-2 words english and demand for more money after tour than what been agreed before.
