Lots of hassle”
Check in 3pm.. told us no room n if I want to go to a better condo 10 mins away. Of course, no. Wanted to be next to KSL. Given us a 4 bedroom apartment instead of what I booked - 3 bedroom. Was told got to wait.. I waited till 6 plus pm.. to have clean rooms. Master room toilet can’t flush . Tv not working. Only got 4 glasses . No toiletries .. no internet as mentioned.. too cheap.. why not charge more n provide better services . Dun ruin our short holidays..

This was my 1st time booking apartment stay with agoda, the "check in" procedure was unclear, and unfriendly. No instructions was given, telling us how and where to check in. After 2 days of hassel with agoda customer service, I finally got the owner number. I had booked a 3 room apartment, owner only can provide 2 room apartment, but with beds enough for 8 person, and had promised to refund RM100, WHICH NEVER HAPPENED. Instruction to retrieve the apartment keys were not very clear. Check in was delayed, could only check in after 5pm. Upon arrival, we discovered 1 bed was broken, WIFI not working, TV not properly connected. The lifts to the apartments were SUPER SLOW. Owner response to all our queries were SUPER SLOW as well. Too much work and time wasted. Will never return again.

Impolite and disrespectful host”
I made the booking for my mother and relatives and this was the first time we book agoda home. I understand it works abit different from the hotel. However i expect the host to be helpful in guiding the guests to the key collection point, given their age and experience. The host could have handled the situation better even when there is some miscommunication. It was unacceptable for the host to threaten the guest that they can choose not to let them stay in the agoda home as she claimed that “Agoda did not pay me yet as such i can cancel your booking right now”. Even the staff there thought that the situation could be handled better and at least someone did try to guide my family members into checking in. However i was very appalled by the way the HOST handled the situation. I have been making bookings for myself and my family members over the years and this kind of encounter and experience has brought some unhappiness and lower the credibility of booking through agoda. I would like to see what agoda handle this kind of situation
