Easy parking on weekend because its free and safe. Cheap and nearby bank, 7E, FamilyMart & restaurants. Whenever im going to KL. i always check in here at least one night. and the wifi is strong.

Lift under maintenance ”

I feel a bit disappointed because when i arrive they told me that lift are under maintenance and they still give me room on level 3. When i see the amenities got iron i thought they already prepared in room. But we need to ask at the front desk. It’s become not okey when they told me that i need to wait for room service at 9am and i need to go downstairs if i want to use their iron. Very disappointed. I need to go up and down 3 level just for ironing. Not deserved high rating. Though the staff is friendly. Thank you.

Convinence ”

Mini Marts such as KK and 99 Speed Mart same row. Chinese, Malay and Indian foods easy to find here. Only the waiting area at lobby bit run down due to not bright enough and seem chairs aren't sufficient.
