Bad day in City Express Aeropuerto”
Booked a room with 2 beds, they gave us 1 bed. No towels, had to wait 1.5 hours (after 8 pm) for two towels. After 8 pm internet and tv were not working anymore… After 8.30 pm they let us know the shuttle to the airport broke down, they booked taxis for hotelguests. Normally there is free transport from and to the airport (less than 2 km), now we had to pay 225 pesos (taxi driver tried to ripp us off as well, different story)

Location is good, the facilities is ok even, around the Hotel do you can find some restaurant and street foot (good food). The airport transportation is ok, just don't forget do your reservation before.

bare bones motel with the only asset being that it is close to the airport.....u cant check in until 3 pm and there is no restaurant or bar......there are alot of airport hotels nearby and u would do better spending your pesos elsewhere

Price is good but basic facilities like even a Coffee kettle is missing from the room. Even Water is not for free, so be prepared to pay for everything. Breakfast is just minimal...

complimentary shuttle in both directions”
This modern hotel is about 30 minutes away from terminal 1 on foot - or you may take the complimentary shuttle that runs hourly around the clock. After missing the last flight of the day, I was pleasantly surprised by the design of the property and the efficiency of all staff members. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. I liked the comfortable bed and the shower with a good range of temperatures. I appreciated the complimentary bottled water. I did not have a chance to try the complimentary breakfast due to the early departure time of my new flight. I would certainly consider this hotel again in case of any future flight irregularities. Thank you very much!
