    El hotel no reconoció la reserva ni mi comprobante de pago. Agoda no se puede contactar por teléfono ni por agente por chat. Finalmente tuve que volver a pagar las noches.

    El personal de recepción no tiene espíritu de servicio, su atención poco le importan las de las necesidades del cliente. Falta supervisión también al personal de limpieza. Pude apreciar que habíamos varios clientes esperando habitación y cuando me asignaron la misma y al subir a ella los vi platicando en lugar de darse prisa. El personal de recepción también se la pasó en gran platica y risas y varios clientes esperando que nos asignan habitación
