Wow so glad we found this hidden gem of a hotel, stayed for a week at start of Nov 2019 with partner. Corner room on 26th floor was spectacular. Really enjoyed every moment, Very clean room, Super friendly and helpful staff. The standout for us was the amazing rooftop views and pool especially at night! Rooftop bar and grill was superb with live band 4 nights a week such a nice atmosphere and very popular spot was always full of people! Spice cafe 7th floor was equally amazing although we did not get the buffet (not big eaters both myself and girlfriend) so we opted to buy off the menu, with such a big selection and lots of authentic Philippine dishes. 24hour room service we used a lot and had quite fair pricing. Close to Malls and PBurgos street check filling station takes you back! Would definitely book again and would recommend to anyone.. take a chance its well worth it and you will be so happy with the choice. I cant wait to get back there and wish i could have stayed longer. TY

Clean, Great food choices, excellent quarantine stay”
We came to spend 3 months in the Philippines and we stayed in City Garden Grand Hotel for quarantine purposes. We arranged for van pick up through the hotel and the driver was there waiting for us at NAIA. Very smooth process. My husband has celiac disease and we requested for gluten free food. Such request was accommodated. and we are very grateful for this service. We survived the quarantine with no issues due to the excellent service by the staff. Room is clean; hotel is clean, Food delivered to room had different variety each day and all were delicious. Kudos to the kitchen staff. Highly recommended hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel exceeded my expectations. Staff are very patient and courteous - my MIL made a lot of requests. Room was very clean and well-appointed, no insects and beds and pillows and towels smelled clean - I am very iffy about this. I appreciate the efforts to reduce single-use plastics, however, the hotel shampoo and bath gel has parabens. There will be some waiting for the elevator especially during busy hours. Pool water can get a bit stingy - must be the chlorine. Buffet is okay - happy to see plenty of veggie options, I was hoping to get fresh orange juice, though.

Our hotel had been running full and had been hosting multiple events almost on a daily basis, which explains the elevator traffic in the hotel. Regarding the beverage, our orange juice is freshly made from the fruit as we value the quality of the products being served in our breakfast buffet. Being a high meticulous person is not easy and if you are too. this is the BEST hotel that you can go to. They will provide you fresh and high standard linens or sheets and the cleanliness is applicable in the entire building. The location and staff are amazing organized and convenient. nothing to look as they will give you the best quality service! This is much deserved review and people should look in to this. I am only one of those thousand of people who enjoyed and love their stay. I will definitely come back and recommend this to friends and relatives! two thumbs up to all of you!

GRAND weekend and birthday celebration”
It was an awesome stay. Glad I chose to celebrate my daughter’s 16th birthday at one of their suite. All employees are very accomodating and made sure that we had a pleasant stay. The room is spacious and clean. We enjoyed the pool and the 360 view of our city. Breakfast has a lot to offer for the price we paid. The room is very spacious, modern and clean. We had a great view of the city and amenities are excellent. Staff are exceptional from reception, concierge, HK, room service and pool area. View from the rooftop is breathtaking and pool is nice as well. The hotel location is great. Shopping mall, restaurants, massage spa other shops are just few steps away. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a perfect experience with my girlfriend being a first timer here in City Garden Grand Hotel. Our Deluxe King room was very clean, spacious, complete with all the needed utilities we need. Staff were approachable, guards are very polite, and the place was sanitized. We'll be back here of course! That view on Roofdeck was refreshing, not to mention the view of sunset and sunrise from our room. Perfect! Keep it up you guys.

One of the best hotels in Makati”
I could say my stay here is one of my best experiences around the metro. They upgraded my room when I checked in. The room was so spacious you can run around. The bed and pillow were great. The staff are so helpful, friendly, and approachable. I also liked the view from our room, but the best view was at the roof deck bar. They have a great hang out spot at the roof deck which also has a pool where you can hang out and chill. Their resto offer a generous serving of food, and the best part is they taste great considering their price. Would definitely be staying here again soon.

From arriving Early your front Desk man I believe his name was Emmanuel was Top notch . He was able to accommodate us for early check in . A blessing coming from along plane ride abroad. Your staff was truly amazing my 3 friends from canada were amazed by the service here.. What put you guys over the top was the service we received from the firefly roof top bar . It all started from Manager Jobert. I cant say enough how welcome he made is feel . It was like being at home this Man needs a Raise 👍 we truly enjoyed our Stay . Really enjoyed my stay there. Lovely hotel. The staff are very courteous and first class in providing a service. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard, the doorman are extremely efficient and the roof top staff also. Special mention to Lester for his great effort up in the roof top restaurant. Great Stay with Everything I needed”
This place was great. It had all the necessities and all of the mainstream amenities. The internet connectivity was strong, even when it was raining. The gym had everything I needed. The spa service was amazing and the restaurants had very nice dishes to choose from. The most impressive aspect of my stay was the service. Staff went the extra mile to treat everyone like they were VIPs and always smiled, greeted you by name and asked how they could help. Truly a winner! Thank you City Garden Grand Hotel.

This is an amazing hotel very clean and comfortable. Big bathrooms and all the facilities a traveler needs to feel at home. The firefly bar on level 32 is off the wall awesome with 360 degree views of makati and beyond. Not to mention the beautiful young fillipina staff. Jasmine is a super star sweetheart. Highly recommended and I look forward to returning.

The room is clean and fresh, including bed sheets and towels. It has the fantastic view of the city. Fast and personalized service by all the staff. The furniture in the room are beautiful and maintained. Breakfast has a wide selection and rich quality. 32nd floor rooftop and swimming pool has the best view! Very recommendable!!!

We are here for our quarantine and the staff members have all been very kind, helpful and accommodating to our needs. My husband's need for gluten free food was met with the food servings. Our unit was clean and the view of the city is wonderful. We highly recommend City Garden Grand Hotel.

In the last six years I have been to this hotel I think four times and it never disappoints me. Perfect location with lots of restaurants and bars nearby and Starbucks right up the street. Staff is always friendly and very helpful. They literally run up to your taxi and help you with your luggage with a smile. Beautiful lobby, spacious rooms with great mattresses and high-quality linen, real black out curtains and soft pillows. Rooftop pool with Jacuzzi is just awesome and there’s also a restaurant and bar up there for your convenience. I highly recommend this hotel.

BEST STAYCATION EVER”
Jan the duty manager helped me with my toe injury personally, he cleaned my wound and he was very accomodating. Tin at Firefly was so cheerful and we had a nice afternoon swim. All in all, everyone working at the hotel was very please. Do yourself a favor and book this hotel. Also this is near happening places in Poblacion!

I would definitely stay in this hotel again the next time my family and I come back to the Philippines. I would also recommend this hotel to all my associates, friends, and relatives who would go on vacation in the Philippines. Definite value for money and excellent and friendly staff. Even though Philippines is in the middle of a pandemic, that did not prevent us from enjoying our stay in City Garden Grand Hotel. I love this hotel. The rooms are big and I had a wonderful view of the city. The sky bar is also great, busy and quiet big. Next to the swimming pool with a great view while doing your laps. Highly recommended. One point of irritation, the elevators. I just find that the number of elevators to be not enough. Enough to serve the number of rooms/guests and definitely a lot of waiting in the evening when the popular sky bar is open. They need to do something about this. Too long waits.

First of all- use AGODA to book any of your Hotel needs.!!!!! This Hotel is very clean, I got a great view, staff are soooooo nice and I applaud them, service is fast and satisfying!!! I will recommend this Hotel to friends abroad and will definitely come back.
