Noisy ”

They have a facility on the property that has Karaoke in the evenings , the people seem to be having a lot of fun and enjoying themselves , but it is doubtful any one trying to sleep is having any luck.

Swimming pool!! Hot water bath and very nice breakfast buffet”

Our family lives in Myanmar so we are used to the standards here which are normally not very good. This place was EXCELLENT value for money for here. It is NOT the place to stay if you want to go downtown, but if you want to be in this area, near airport, and the natural environment it is really nice. The breakfast buffet had 3 types of cereal, (chocolate as well which my kids LOVED,) 2 types of coffee machines, (1 that ground and then brewed, WONDERFUL,) as well as fruits, cereals, curries and congee. The pool was very nice, there is no place to change or shower near the pool but oh well. They do allow smoking and the rooms reak of cigarettes, that's the only thing that wasn't too nice but the outside is truly beautiful. Our family lives in Yangon and will come again for the pool and breakfast. (be aware there are KTV on site so maybe some inappropriate goings on.

Only Good Location”

City Golf Resort sits in a good location with a Golf field. But unfortunately the property lacks the touch in knowing how to make their guests fully satisfied. The staff do try their best and we understand that due to the lack of English language, there were some difficulties. However we worked things out. Receptionists are friendly in general. There is a manager who speaks good English and is very helpful. Waiters in the restaurant were all responsive. The porters were attentive and housekeepers literally jumped up to serve our needs. Overall we are very satisfied with the staff. It's the property that lacks the maintenance. Had the price not been high, we probably have nothing much to say. But to pay what they are asking for several nights, the hotel isn't matching up the value. Bathroom tub - around the tub was black molds. Base of curtain was dirty too. The original shower line must have been broken but substituted with a hard rubber pipe, which made shower very difficult if you want to hold on to the shower. That tube might work for a house but not a hotel standard. Amazing! Another of our guest's bathroom - sink must be clogged and water overflows each time in use. No hot water in the first room the guest stayed in. Tolerated for a night before changing to the next. (By the way, guest had to change 3 times, either no hot water or room has cigarette stench). No amenity like hair dryer. Having said that, the breakfast buffet and the A La Carte dishes were good. It would be quite oily for my palette but I guess that's how the locals like it. That's fine with me.

Time for Upgrade”

This was the second time the group stayed at the hotel. It's time for an upgrading! Some of the rooms we stayed in have old fittings that was spoiled! The rooms smelt though we asked for non-smoking rooms. Some of the fittings are not of standard heights, making it uncomfortable to use especially for taller guests - eg the vanity sink. The power sockets are not fitted properly too, cannot plug in my power chargers. The menu for dining (breakfast) could have some improvement, eg having description in English as well & increase in variety if it's for the price we paid. However the booking progress was smooth. The room sizes were just nice! The staffs were great & friendly! Thank you!

They stay was terrible! smelly rooms! old furniture! Internet not working! Breakfast is horrible and unhygenic! there are bugs in some dishes and staff is least bothered! Location is also horrible! 1 hour away from city! basically a bad hotel to stay!

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und es wurde nichts renoviert. Möbel wirken alt und sind abgenutzt. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht, spricht aber kaum englisch. Der Pool hat nur 4 liegen die keine Auflagen besitzen und sehr wackelig sind. Es gibt allerdings im Golfplatz ein super schönes neuen Pool. Leider wurde uns das nicht gesagt. Abendessen lecker. Wenn man nur vor dem Flug übernachten möchte ist das Hotel ok. Keine 20 min vom Flughafen entfernt.

街中から離れていて交通の便は悪いが逆に静かに過ごすには良い環境とおもいます。スタッフは概ね親切で気持ち良く滞在できました。建物は古いですが、しっかりと清掃されているので快適です。

시티골프 리조트는 본관보다는 별관을 추천합니다. 다만 약간의 소음이 발생합니다. 이유는 결혼식 및 기타 행사들이 많아서요 참고하세요.

조식은 다른 같은조건의 호텔보다는 약간 떨어지는거같아요. 조식을 생각하시는 여행객들에게는 비추 입니다.
