Clean and friendly!”
I was not expecting more (since I paid very cheap for 2 nights compared to other hotels) but it was worth it! The rooms are very clean and I like the toilet the most. Just do not have a mirror in it but that's not a big deal. The staff is very friendly and kind. Any request will be assisted immediately. In conclusion, I am very satisfied!

Amazing staff and a great room”
We have been once before and then we came back for a night to the hotel. The staff have been very nice and helpful. The room very comportable and with a/c. We wanted to eat pizza so the staff let us use their phone to order it. Highly recommend this hotel as it's near to the train and also to the free buses !

We highly recommend this place. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The room was very quiet and very clean. Everything works excellent. The hotel is ubicated in a perfect area, to many restaurant around and the Chinese market.

Dirty sheets with stains”
It's location is strategic. Price is very good. The interior is nice too. Its just that the bedsheet and towels are worn out and stained. The bedsheet stain looked fresh..

Nice stay. ”
Stayed for just a night. Everything was clean and the WiFi connection was quite fast. The place was located near the China town which is very convenient. However, the air conditioning in the room isn't working properly and the staff looks scary.

Near to mrt”
Pros: near mrt, chinatown Cons: facility so small, dirty toilet, smelly beddings, i requested on the first night to change everything, too obvious that they didnt change the bed sheets pillowcases blankets and towel, still smelled the previous occupants sweat all over. Infairnes to the staff they changed it , however the sheets were torn. I hope the management will look into their beddings it all need to change.

Everything was okay except cleanliness”
Check in process is fast. No deposit required, room with towels. Room cleanliness is poor, found small insects around the room. The rest was okay. Location is very good, less than 2 minutes walk to MRT Pasar Seni. If you’re under budget, the room is good.

if u dont mind the stairs and u look for a place to stay near tourist attractions, then this is the place to be. Near Merdeka square, Central Market and MRT station to go to KLCC. Highly recommended it

Totally unhygienic, old and spooky!!”
The room was dirty, blankets were not cleaned as they still have the cigarette smell on them. Toilet bowl is dirty with stains. The extreme moment was when I left my toothpaste on the sink before I went out, and the moment I came back, my toothpaste was surrounded by tens of mini cockroaches that really freaked me out. Besides, the air that came out from the air-conditioner smells bad. The room has a smell which like never cleaned before. Pillows and bed feels bad and not comfortable to lie down at all. It was extremely bad until I had to made a decision to change to another hotel at 11pm.

Ok for budget traveller but not for family. Very near Pasar Seni station”
The location is good, its very near the Pasar Seni station, Petaling St. Etc. If you're on a budget, this is ok but if traveling with family.. I dont recommend because they dont have the basics like electric kettle per room etc. Somehow dark also inside the room because of the insufficient lightings.

Worst night in malaysia ”
Worst night ever. Got a room who didn t been clean at all. Even the sheets of the bed where from the last people. A table in the room full of broken glass. Butts of cigarettes on the floor and hairs everywhere. Same in the shower. So we ask to change room. The guys show us 2 others rooms who were even worst that the first one. We ask for a refound but was paid with agoda so not possible. We sleept in the room with our shower towel. It would had worth better to sleep in the street with the guys playing music in front of the hotel.

The hotel bed is dirty,dirty bedsheet,and the door was in pathetic condition,we were not even able to lock it properly at night,seems like the room got repaired ages back,Dont waste your money,you have many other options on the same location.

Stayed here few times, + : Netflix, Amazon, YouTube/Smart TV Access, Cozy feel, Location within 1min walk to LRT Pasar seni, Walk 2mins to a unlimited food and petaling street. - : not oku friendly, abit dark might concern those first time solo travelers.

Just a place to sleep”
We were pleased there was a window and the sheets seemed clean but this place is pretty basic and the bathroom was quite dirty. We were only here for one short night as we were flying out but this place is very basic and cramped for our family of five. The reception was helpful. Ok for a place to just sleep and cheap.
