Never again
No staff, no security, no extra sheets or towels for longer stays? Very small rooms and bathroom. Too expensive for short stays and small family.

Won't stay here again
The apartment looked much nicer in pics than in real life. The apartment wasn't dirty or anything but it wasn't spotless either. The real problem with the apartment was the hot water supply. I wasn't sure if the boiler was broken but the water from the shower was boiling hot even with coldest setting. And then the boiling hot water would run out after the first person had showered. The others either had to wait an hour for water to boil up or had to endure a cold shower. Cold showers were marginally bearable while we were there since it was in the summer but I could imagine it being a serious problem in the winter. Any late check outs would cost you over £100 and there isn't any luggage storage facilities in the building. Since our flight out wasn't until 10pm, we had to taxi over to Euston station to leave our bags at excess baggage there, paying £12.50 per luggage. It was unfortunate. I wouldn't stay here again unless I was left with no choice.

The apartment hasn't been cleaned up to match standard of 4 stars hotel as proclaimed. Hot water in the shower is really hard to adjust. We stayed in the 2 bed executive apartment, the main bedroom is in good size but the 2nd bedroom is really small and quite hard to move around even for a 5" tall person like me. However, giving the location, I might consider to stay here again next time when I'm in London.

My first apartment hotel
That is my first time to book an apartment room instead of regular hotel and that change my mind wholly. The apartment is amazing that have a bigger area, clean and location are so good.
I love this trip and have the right choice to book this serviced apartment. This are so convenient that nearby the centre of the city with subway and you have more privacy as just like you own apartment.
