5 day stay”
it was pleasant, overall, good, but, we were told upgrade for 5 night and paid it,,to find out it was per night... so we negotiated that alright, as was a communication error, but overall..pretty good, there is small tvs but for the price still good considering it is also good for family with a kiddie pool and slide.., the large pool is also public, but it is not that used, but very good size for swimming at about 7.5 ft in the deepest, the natural hot springs water is perfect temp for a nice warm water bath.... the rooms are well kept, and the staff overall fine, good location , there is a nice therapeutic massage next door to the place on the park side, with also a nice kids play swing park... if u like basketball there is also big courts,....enjoy p.s. even though it is bordering the lake there is no beach but I wouldn't swim in the lake.. also very close walk to rides/ jeepneys, karoke.. a close live band bar n grill, tomey grill, there is a nice mall in calamba not too far from there.., and good markets in los banos, no prob

it was surprise when I opened back door, The Laguna lake is right in front of you. I mean right in front of you there is no space between your room and lake. The view is fantastic.I f I go back there i will stay in same room ..

Whole place for ourselves”
The place is quite isolated from the commercial area, but you may call for delivery. Hotel is an old buildings and refurbishment is still going on. However you may still enjoy the hot springs pool. Since we came during weekdays, we are one of the 3 groups of guests there.Not bad at all, except the aircond need to be serviced.

Staffs are good”
Staffs are good, caring of customers. The place is good for family trip and noisy is okay by all guests. Hotel maids are sometimes noisy too. Lake view rooms are the best to me. If I have chance to visit Los Banos, I will come here again. By the way, I would appreciate if wifi is provided in all area.

Decent clean functional hotel”
We went there because it was the closest Agoda hotel to the base of Mt. Makiling on the University of Philippines campus, and we wanted to have an early start for a hike to its summit. It was fine for that purpose. Decent early breakfast. Good warm pool from the springs was very relaxing at night, before we slept. Good directions from the staff on how to get to where we needed to get. Not a fancy place, but clean and served its purpose.

Great place for a weekend getaway”
This place is a bit old but still good value for money. The best feature is the indoor pool, the water is hot even after overnight. The place is beside Laguna Lake for sunrise relaxation. The negative effect of this is there are plenty of mosquitoes. No wifi and no cable TV, they could improve this. Overall our kids really enjoyed the stay here.

Good spot to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of an everyday resort”
Although the resort was dated and a bit tired, the rooms was clean and everything worked but in a tired way. The TV was a bit small and all the channels were fuzzy. Hotel charges were a bit on the high side but still alright. Staff was friendly. A resort in an out of way location was good for me as it was generally quiet except for weekends where the occupancy was much higher. Kids seems to enjoy the pool and the slides. Has a bbq which is free to use and so that is a plus for those with families.

Old place that could really shine”
Amazing how expensive most of accommodation is in Los Baños, and how almost creepy those cheapers are. This is getting close to second group. Big old springs hotel not well maintained and living out of infrastructure not well kept nor clean to our standards. Staff apparently more focus on being paid than on offering services. Hopefully they have an impressing huge warm water swimming pool that made the stay more pleasant!

Aircon ok. Water at toilet room ok. Cleanliness ok. Problem with the doorknob in the toilet room not functioning. I hope there will be an exhaust fan in the toilet. Staff ok.

Affordable Hot Springs”
Bed was too small for us. Food is horrible, better bring food or eat outside. Enjoyed the room's private hot spring pool, but your room will get hot as the A/C cannot compete against the pool's steam.

Not Worth It”
The room we booked does not look like the one pictured here. No bedsheets, just white linen. The jacuzzi in the room has left over water which I asked to be cleaned first. Breakfast can be served in the room but since we've waited for almost an hour, we went to their restaurant and asked for our breakfast to be served there. The room doesn't smell fresh. Airconditioning unit has broken visible parts. Refrigerator doesn't has broken light and the freezer door is broken too. We checked other similar rooms too but they were poorly maintained to. Curtains have dark spots which looks like molds. The resort was also hard to find and the receptionist we were in contact with wasnt much of a help. We spoke to a police on duty by the roadside and gave us exact directions. Breakfast is good because of the quantity (rice, 2 eggs, choice of longannisa, tapa or fried fish, coffee or juice and a banana). The only thing I appreciated was the natural warm hot spring water.

Satisfied repeat customer”
Been here 2x before, the room with indoor pool was great if you have small kids. We are completely satisfied with the room, TV is so old but it's not our major concern, no working phone in the room, small ref and everything else is ok. We are coming back and next time in 2 rooms.

Awful! awful!! awful!!!”
OMG where to start. There was nothing good to say about this place at all. This must be the WORST hotel/resort in the Philippines. Despite paying for a private pool in the room we found when we wanted to use it the water had been switched off. The whole place is in desperate need of a refurb. The electric sockets were so old they couldn't even be used to charge a phone; but as the wifi wasn't working when we arrived maybe that didn't matter. The breakfast was truly bad - greasy ham and eggs that gave me food poisoning. No fruit juice available. The selection of fruit was a banana. And they even had the gall to charge 30P for a coffee refill. There was litter by the pool, even the door numbers had fallen off. (We were no 11 but only one 1 was left on the door. No 12 had no numbers left). It was truly a relief to leave this awful hell hole. Don't say you have not been warned!

Aweful, got a lot of bug bites, ants everywhere, no wifi, no cable channel, bed is hard, aircon is broken, no hot and cold just a freakin hot water for showers and faucet, no elevator only stairs, no telephone inside the room only outside sharing, the curtain is thin that the light outside passes through the room, the noise outside gets in your nerve while you're at your room.. over all not a very good hotel.. if you want to get a very good rest, don't stay in this hotel.
