Really close to restaurants and shops. However I wouldn't recommend family with small children to stay here because it is noisy at night because mamak restaurant is only downstairs.

Does not operate like a typical hotel. More like a cheap motel with no proper front desk. The room can be considered clean although my wife did observe cockroaches. Towels, body gel and shampoo were provided. No water dispenser, however, paid bottled water is available. Staff is friendly.

One night stay at the hotel”
My flight was delayed for 2 hours and arrived the hotel around 12:30am. When arrived the hotel I was welcomed by a friendly staff explaining the facilities of the room. With the price paid I rate it a good stay.

Just a place to sleep”
+ve The bed is comfortable (but I am not sure if the hotel had changed the sheets every time), fast wifi (watch movie smoothly), clean toilet, near the shopping mall and mosque. The staff was really nice and helpful. -ve Shared bathroom/toilet means need to wait sometimes. No TV in the my room. Sound proof really need to be improved as I can hear the people talking or watching tv loudly in other rooms.

The security is good, there is card access and the staff in charge, Ashraff is very friendly. Now you might not believe it but i only booked 1 big and 1 small room yet he gave me 2 BIG ROOMS!

We had a room right next to the Hotel entrance so it was very noisy when the door is opened. The TV inside played only MP4 files and did not have satellite tv. Toilet can be cleaner as there is some mold on the floor giving it an icky touch to the feet. Bed was ok. Got what we paid for.

There is only one bathroom need to shared with all rooms. Not a sound proof rooms. Food is easy, just besides the hotel, shopping centre is just around the corner. Not much of facilities, cleanliness is average, parking on your own risk, tv no local channels only saved movies, quality if property is not to my expectation.
