This accom position is near the city centre. No hardship to walk everywhere you wanna travel in Edinburgh. Clean bathroom, clean kitchen(sharing for all guests), especially loved wide room enough to stay for a group. You can also get the closest supermarket on foot in five minutes. I really enjoyed to stay at this accom.

Very nice accommodations with cute themes for each room. I stayed in the Russian room and had the beds configured to a full grande. The bed was very comfortable. Had a TV in the room. The bathroom is off of the "French cottage " and was clean and modern. Couldn't get the shower to stay at a consistent temperature, but it was ok. There is construction happening across the street, so during the week you will definitely here notice. There were also some very loud birds that squawked all nice. If you are a sound sleeper it wont bother you.

The location of the apartment was pretty good, close to the center and in a quiet street. Check in and check out were really easy and simple. Nice looking room, lounge along with great looking dining area and kitchen. The room was great and nicely decorated. Comfortable bed, good internet and it included the essentials. Kitchen is fully stocked with plates, cutlery, kettle and all appliances. Tea and coffee available. The whole apartment was well organized and clean. Highly recommend it!

Excellent value for money in a great location”
Pros - perfect location within walking distance of main sites Nicely decorated with good sized room and own shower room. Cons - minor only with a slight food smell in the bedroom, possibly from previous guest but room was clean. Other minor con was that towels had a damp smell. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in a great location for a good value.

Warm and fantastic hotel in town”
Pros: easy self check in and check out procedure, got shared kitchen and living room to use, bed is very comfort with large bathroom, looks clean and luxury. Cons: location not so easy to find, at behind lane, with limited lights,quiet walking at night and a bit far from main train station. Room and bathroom door is heavy. Anyway, it still a pleasent short stay experience and worth to recommend!!

except for a short length of stone road, which is not easy for luggage-carrying tourists like us, in front of the house, there is nothing to doubt at this wonderful hotel. my friend and I love it so much !!!!! it's wonderful !

This place was gorgeous! Very clean and host was very helpful with any information we needed. We were staying over after going to The Stand Comedy Club. We hadnt realised we booked the weekend the clocks went forward and when i spoke with the host she was happy to let us stay an extra hour for free when checking out. Highly recommend and will use again with or without our boys as there are enough beds for 4 of us :D Elly

Close to train and tram stations, pubs, restaurants, but the bathroom setup is a little confusing for some guests, another couple stayed in the opposite room kept trying to use our bathroom.

The location was great but you can hear absolutely everything the people above us was doing, (even going to the bathroom). The floor cracks when people walk. It kept waking us up during the night. Also some of the bed sheets were dirty and the shower head was dirty as well.

Bathroom not in room. You had to go out of your room to walk to your bathroom each time you wanted to use. Tricky in the night as other guests out of their rooms and becomes embarrassing. Room tiny. Place in creepy lane way. Felt a little unsafe. Very expensive for what you get.

Kamer New York perfecte uitvalsbasis in Edinburgh”
Prima kamer met 4 goede bedden en een eigen badkamer. Het enige minpuntje was een van de 4 matrassen, maar de eigenaresse gaf direct aan dat ze dat matras gaat vervangen. In de gemeenschappelijke keuken is een koelkast, oven, magnetron en fornuis waar je gebruik van kunt maken. Maar bij The Square om de hoek kun je ook prima ontbijten.
