It's quite near to The Mines and my room is quiet at night. The hotel looks new and very clean and there is South City Plaza just opposite the hotel where we can get everything basic. There's also Subway and Old Town restaurant in the Plaza. Owner is friendly and help us to keep our luggage when we want to go to the Plaza for lunch after check out. Recommended hotel.

Room is small but clean. Shower water pressure is low. No shampoo provided. Provide small soap bar n towel. Location is opposite south city mall. 10 mins drive to MIECC. Traffic jam at around 8-9pm. Staffs are helpful. Variety food stalls are near by hotel.

Booked a family room. The room is clean. However the staff didnt not allow early check in. Quite small for a family room. Food is not a problem, as there's a 24hour restaurant downstairs. Chinese food and fast food outlet also nearby

Clean and Decent Hotel in Serdang Perdana area. ”
Small room but clean. Stayed in deluxe room with windows and the noise from the nearby highway was somehow a disturbance for a good relax. Many restaurants in surrounding areas. Will recommend to stay in this hotel if you r on budget and need to go ard Sungei Besi/Mines/Serdang area.

For the price, there are better options”
I'll start with the good points. The bed is comfortable, the AC blows cold, the wifi is fairly good, and there is a decent selection of food within walking distance. But for the price, there are better options in the area. Our room smelled strongly of cleaning chemicals and paint. It was giving us a headache so we asked for a different room. The only rooms available were smoking rooms, which all smelled strongly of smoke. The tabletops and countertops were filthy and the cleanliness of the sheets was questionable. Also, there is very little noise insulation in the room. People were talking loudly on their phones and smoking in the halls at all hours of the night. We barely got any sleep during our stay. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

I booked 3 rooms unfortunately 3 rooms are in different floor. Only one twin bed room in each floor. One room is very smelly when checked in and noisy. Only one hair dryer space for all hotel guest. Overall is fine as we just stay one night.
