Good location, service is the best”
I would highly recommend this humble hotel which is just in front of Burnham Park. It was so close to Burnham Park that we can hear the alarm at 6pm. The location is in the center of all the tourist spots that's why it was easy for us to go back whenever we want to rest or if we left something behind. We never had issues with parking because it was very spacious. The service is the best. The staff were very attentive and they made sure that we have everything we needed. The room though is a bit old and needs a bit of renovation (It looks like it was one of the best hotels but decades ago). I would stay definitely here again.

The hotel is kinda old but it was in a perfect location. Since I have 2 senior citizens with me the location is very accessible. They allow us to do early check-in without additional cost. For sure we will book again here. Hoping next time they have a kettle provided for the room since it's cold in Baguio and we love hot drinks.

Value for money”
We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. Our group is composed of 4 adults (2 senior). The hotel is one of the accredited hotels in baguio city which is the primary reasons why we chose the place. Secondly, the room rate is fairly low compared to other hotels. We booked 1 room with 2 large beds. The hotel is a bit old but definitely clean. It's not a big issue for us, since we are outside most of the time. The staffs are very accommodating and polite. They patiently answered all my queries even before the booked dates. They allowed us for an early check-in, gave us extra towels and pillows free of charge. The towels are a bit old so if you are very particular with this stuffs, I suggest to bring your own. All in all, our stay in City Travel Hotel is more than satisfactory. We will definitely be back here.

✅️ The location's very near to burnham park, to good taste restaurant, to a 7Eleven Store, and to the night market. The location's accessible to almost all tourist spots in the city proper. ✅️ The staffs are accomodating and courteous. ✅️ They have a good wifi connection that runs from 10 - 20mbps (during my stay), where we have 3 mobiles and 1 laptop connected to their wifi simultaneously. ✅️ I was able to request a flat iron for my clothes (for free) In regards to the rooms, the room is spacious, it's just that some of the cabinets, linens, towels, bath tub, and some furnishing inside the room is old but it is clean. If Im going to stay again on my next visit to Baguio City, this hotel will be one of my lists to stay, so far.

Hotel looks & slightly smells old; it was not a factor though as we only came in to sleep securely, comfortably & soundly. Its close proximity to Burnham, Session Rd & Cathedral is really a come on. Pluses are attentiveness of staff (front desk, restaurant & parking security).

We spend Christmas in Baguio and stayed at this hotel. About the room: Cost effective and it is located just beside Burnham Park. Access to transportation is just near the park. Water pressure is just fine. Heater is working well. TV signal is great. Bed sheets provide sufficient heat. Accommodating staffs. Any request for additional equipment can be given as long as there is someone in the room to receive it. The comfort room has no bidet. Wardrobe door is not closing well. Comfort room door is not closing well. Lighting is dim. Does not offer free breakfast. The hotel has restaurant and the food is ok. Wifi not tested. I did not use it. Despite some flaws, the room is fine overall, not too noisy and comfortable to stay in. If your vacation style is more on outdoors and just using a room to sleep after your whole day gig, then this will be enough for you, otherwise, if you will stay in a room most of the time, there will be other option better than this.

Suggestions for improvements: 1. Consider changing the carpet 2. Maybe add a scented spray (or the like) especially for cr. There was some kind of smell (not that bad) when we checked in. Kindly ensure that the other facilities in the cr are clean (pail and dipper are not cleaned enough. ) 3. Consider adding clothes hanger to utilize the large cabinet 4. Consider providing constant hot water or maybe add a mini kettle in the rooms

Good for Stay”
Location was good, closed to Burnham Park. The staffs were all nice and polite. We stayed here for 2 nights and every morning we asked for hot water (for coffee) and they deliver it on the room few minutes after we request. The lights were slighty dim (i prefer brighter bulb) and the bathtub wasn’t functioning well and maybe some renovations should be made . But overall this is a value for money especially to those whose purpose is to roam around the city.

Positive: -automated door key and lock -spacious room for us couple (can be for a small family on a budget, just add bed i think with extra fee ?) -no bad odor -with hot and cold water for shower -overviewing burnham park (we're lucky!) Downside: -few amenities/facilities -no water heater for coffee in the room but they do have dispenser for free near the reception, 🥹 we r in 4th floor good thing there's elevator 🥹 and they sell noodles, drinks, papercups, spork. -no hair blower (not all need it but it's a neccessity for me 😅 luckily they all have e-fan, and that's what i used to dry my hair. Afterwhich i had to fart many times after 🤭🤭🤭✌🏽 Overall: It's a clean and tidy room enough for couples having DIY Baguio tour.
