Total Value For Money....”
First thing that really impressed me about City View Hotel was it's location. It's really just alittle over 100 meters from Sunway Pyramid Hotel. The area around the hotel is safe and occupied with food and pubs(that goes till late night), 7-Eleven, KFC and even a PC LAN Shop. One can rest at ease while walking back to the hotel even till wee hours. The other plus points about City View Hotel was it's friendly staff and comfortable room. Staff were friendly and attentive to my needs. The room was small but comfortable. Toilet had a rain shower which had awesome pressure. There is really nothing NEGATIVE about the City View Hotel. I'd even recommend this hotel to business travellers. All in all, I will come back to City View for sure if I drop by Sunway area again. Cheap and comfortable room for backpackers”
The stay at this hotel was very satisfying. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room is also clean. There are no breakfast package but that is not a problem because there are plenty of food outets nearby the hotel. The walkway is also well lit, making it safe to walk back to hotel at night. The location of the hotel is also near Sunway Pyramid shopping center and Sunway Lagoon. But the best part is that the hotel is quite cheap. The aircon and tv are working. The only downside is that the heater of our room is not quite working. So my girlfriend had to take a shower with cold water in the morning. But overall, this hotel is worth for its price.

SUPERBLY located!”
I've stayed in this hotel twice. Both times were awesome. Staff were friendly and attentive, makes you feel like you're at home. Internet is fast, water pressure's good. Sunway Pyramid Mall is only 3 minutes walk. Nightlife is good with pubs and discos just around the corner. Safety is also not an issue due to the nightlife around the area. 24 hours coffeeshop just BELOW the hotel. Perfect and awesome. The only lacking part of this hotel is that the rooms is small..like really small. But for the price and it's location. I wouldn't mind.

The location is good, with walking distance to Sunway pyramid, and easy access to nearby business/ commercial centers. The only thing I hope to suggest for improvement is, I think for first time visit, I found it difficult to find the hotel, when we came from Persiaran Lagoon, even the taxi driver whom are quite familiar with the place also took sometime to find it, I think maybe it was because the hotel was facing the other side (not facing Sunway or the main road). I suggest that it might be helpful to place a sign board to instruct the visitors.

wifi was ok, got lift, heater and air cond worked well, room was well ventilated as the exhaust fan was working well, walking distance to sunway pyramid mall, no car park, have to park on the road with coupon, room small but cozy, only amenities are toilet paper, towels, bath gel. For the price, I would come again.

We have stay a night in city view hotel for a standard room. The room space is just nice not too big but enough for stay of 2 persons.rhe toilet is clean. The location of the hotel is ideally located at the centre of the city and is just within walking distance to major shopping mall.there are alot of food around the hotel.the price is reasonable and great value of money.

hotel was good. location was good, 3 min walking distance to Sunway Pyramid. room was clean, everything basic such as towel body soap shampoo was ready there. but the only problem was me and my boyfriend was get bite by mosquito. Overall was good as we target on a budget hotel.

The location is very strategic at Bandar Sunway. Walking distance to Sunway Pyramid Mall and BRT Station. A bit far from 24 hour restaurants and convenience store. Wifi is free and ok. Only one thing I don't like is their TV channel. Tv1, 2 and 3 only clear. Astro totally out.

Good hotel for a short stay in Sunway”
It's in Bandar Sunway Metro a block beside Sunway Pyramid Mall. You need around 7-10 minutes walk to Sunway Pyramid Mall. You may also check other hotels in Sunway Metro which is nearer to Sunway Pyramid there a fews hotel on the other block which is nearer to Ming Tian Food Court.

We stayed there for 6 nights. The check-in process were a bit slow as there were 4 different customers came at the same time, while there was only 1 front desk staff. Love the elevator, it was so new, clean and sophisticated. Room amenities quite complete for budget hotel standard. However, did not really satisfied with the bed sheet as it looked dull. Bathroom was very new and clean. The housekeeper was very friendly. Location of the hotel is very strategy, surrounded by food hawkers and just 5mins away from Sunway Pyramid shopping center.

I choose this hotel because we were on budget, overall the hotel is comfortable for sleep, eating n dining you can get a lots of variety around. Sunway Lagoon and Sunway pyramid is just across the road, less then 5 min walking. Staff is friendly.

It is very near to sunway lagoon and shopping mall. The wifi is reliable. It is definitely value for money. No problem to find your favourite food too. The staff is friendly but the room is too small. Much need to be done for cleanliness and refurbishment.

Second time staying in this hotel, which is located opposite to Sunway Pyramid, Conventional Center and Sunway Lagoon. This time, the journey was even more convenient by the BRT service, which connected to other nearby spots eg Sunway Medical Center, Colleges & Universities, as well as to LRT Kelana Jaya line & its interchanges.

As a sunway alumni, its a nice and cheap and cozy place to stay. Dont expect the best facilities, this is more of a hotel where you should be spending more time outside in bandar sunway and only use the hotel to sleep. but nevertheless it is comfy, but needs to be cleaned more.

Check in efficiency can be improved, my room was ready an hour after check in time and the bathroom smelled a little. Other than that, a very decent room situated amongst food outlets and convenience stores, just a short walk to Sunway Pyramid and the BRT station.
