"I am an American who has been traveling the world for the last 3 years so I have a good idea of what to expect at hotels. And this hotel was amazing. The staff from the manager (Abebe) to the receptionist, restuarant waiter, and security all go out of their way and above and beyond to make sure thier guests are happy. Abebe kindly gave me an early check in after my red eye flight. They found me an excellent driver named Sammy who spoke good english and who charged a good price to show me around Addis Ababa and Entoto Hill. Any issues were promptly resolved. And, the location was completely safe. Over all the hotel and more importantly the staff where exactly what I needed them to be to have a great stay in Addis Ababa. So much so that this is the only hotel I will be staying at when ever I come to Addis Ababa."
