"Checked in late hotel room was not cleaned bed unmade no shower curtain. Moved to another room food in the refrigerator water left in the ice bucket. Carpet in the hallway and room was dirty. Hotel room card never worked and staff was never at the front desk. This hotel should be called “Hotel Dumpster”not Hotel Bentley. It does not remind you nothing of a Bentley! Will never stay at this hotel again. They need to close this place down. Dirty Dirty Dirty!!! "

"The bathroom was filthy. Stained towels and hair in the tub and on towels. Toilet paper on the floor. The entire room smelled. Would not recommend this place to anyone."

"Nice stay for a place to sleep for the night. Nothing fancy. Close to attractions or shopping. Quiet. Beds firm and pillows, one soft and one firm. They are a convention center so it can be busy. No inconvenience to us. The staff were friendly and very accomodating. Breakfast was very good. Eggs cooked to order or an omelet. Good variety for any diet. Would stay again."
