Went to Aparri for a conference and riverview royale was one of the closest hotels to the conference venue. The room was clean and comfortable enough to stay in, though the place did not offer much amenities. Breakfast was not part of my room package, but they do serve morning meals. And ironically, you can't really view the Cagayan river from your room or from the top...
