Great little Hotel in Armidale. Very comfortable rooms. WIFI not as fast as advertised but still quite ok. Staff were amazing. Very friendly and extremely helpful. We will come back again when passing through this little outback town.

The motel was full both nights but there was no noise. Most of the stayers were rural fire fighters so clearly the locals appreciate the motel. The hotel is not new but standards were acceptable. My daughter needed somewhere convenient to UNE for her stay in Armidale for her intensive study period. UNE college accommodation is sometimes hard to arrange, and late in their booking. These studio apartments were ideal. Midway between the uni and the city, the staff are friendly and the rooms clean. I would recommend these for student accommodation.

Really nice ,comfortable accommodation and including breakfast and Dinner (Reasonable). Safe and easy troll to shopping market. Rooms and Hotel compound was clean , no problem for parking etc. Friendly and helpful hotel staff.

Standard accomodation, price equivalent! Great a/c for heating....always a winner in Armidale winters.

Have stayed here again because the rooms are clean, large and very well situated close to restaurants. Staff are friendly and more than will to accommodate any special requests. The room was very quiet and very comfortable. Will stay here everytime I visit Armidale because there are no negatives I can think of and it meets all my requirements.

Friendly from the time we checked in, comfortable quiet room and just down from the Wicklow Hotel which has delicious meals. We will be back again 😀. Thanks to all the staff, it was a pleasant stay.

We were travelling through Armidale and only needed overnight accommodation. Cedar Lodge suited us as it is close to the CBD with pubs, restaurants and cafes very close. Accommodation was comfortable and clean - no traffic noise.

I was travelling with my ten year old son and The Club Motel was the perfect place for us to stop. The staff were friendly and very helpful. u cant go wrong with this place. about 1 km away from the town. 2 blocks away from the one of the UNE smith houses (dorm). 10 min away from UNE. beds werent the cheap ones that hurt your back. each of them had an electric blanket. The receptionist (i think shes the owner) was really kind and nice. if i have to be back in Armidale, i would choose this place again!

Hotel rooms don't have A/C. If they had mentioned it online I would have booked elsewhere. I recognize Armidale doesn't get that hot, but the one week I was there it reached 29 each day.

I was there for one night only attending a University function. The premises were within an easy walking distance of the main Armidale shopping precinct. Reception staff were outstanding, and accommodating of the need to make a late cancellation of a second room. Probably the best motel we've ever stayed at. It was more like a hotel room - just lovely. Very comfy bed, very private, very clean. They also have the most lovely dog who just hangs around and is really friendly. Quiet and nice - will certainly stay again.

I always choose to stay at the Best Western Cotswold Gardens when in Armidale. The staff are lovely and the rooms are always clean and very comfortable. I definitely recommend this place.

The room was old and in need of refurbishment badly. The small patio had an ash tray that was overflowing with butts. The A/C unit was overly noisy. I will not be using this accommodation ever again.

The central hall is a great place to enjoy a quiet drink and the rooms have an old world charm that's rare to find these days. Have stayed here on many occasion and will keep coming back whenever I'm passing through Armidale. Not to mention the cool climate New England wines they offer at the cellar door are delightful.

Hosts are fantastic, super helpful with a motel that's in a great location near all that Armidale has to offer.While the motel is older the rooms are kept very clean. Have stayed there before and will stay there again.

Great would stay again went to Cafe Affamato in town in Armidale too for dinner food great and so was service

Stylish, spacious and in a beautiful setting, but sadly very close to the bottom of a big hill on the old highway. I didn't think there would be much traffic noise, but for a light sleeper the semis went till about 1am. BUT if you can deal with that, it was immaculate apartment accommodation with everything from enough wine glasses for friends to a fully equipped laund...

We stepped into a bygone era of perfection.

Very clean, convenient and comfortable. Highly recommend!!!
