"Would like to show my appreciation to JR INN asahikawa hotel staff. They are very very helpful to help us solve problem. We have a urgent document sent from Singapore to Hokkaido. Unfortunately, my friend wrote the hotel address without unit number. DHL was not able to deliver our document in time. Thanks god JR inn asahikawa staff were very very helpful and help us call Japan DHL to amend the address. Besides their top service, we also very enjoy their hotel breakfast. Overall value for money and good location."

"We stayed at Premier hotel cabin Asahikawa for 2 nights from 29th Oct to 31st Oct. The hotel situates in a very convenient location, only few minutes walk from Asahikawa JR train station. There was also Aeon mall right next to the train station, which has many restaurant and also food court. The hotel room was clean and cozy and comes with all amenities needed. They also provide pyjamas as well. The bed was comfortable for two adults (we booked a king-single bed, which was a bit smaller than a double bed but still big enough). Staffs were also very nice and checkin-checkout was smooth and fast. The onsen was superb and an exceptional experience. Wifi was pretty fast during evening time but during the night time the speed dropped pretty badly as more people maybe using it. Overall, we were very happy with the hotel and for the price we paid for, it was very worth it. If we have a chance to come back to Asahikawa, we will be back at the hotel again for sure. "

"This was our 2nd time staying here. Enjoyed our stay in this new hotel that is well located opposite the JR station and Aeon mall. Lots of eateries around. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Front office staff, especially Hazumi, was very friendly and served with a smile. She kept apologising when I informed her that the aircon was not cold and the thermostat could not be adjusted. She suggested and brought me an ice pack to keep me cool for the night. We would still stay again if we are in Asahikawa and hopefully the thermostat is fixed by then. "

"Last spring break, I stayed two night at Court Hotel Asahikawa. Based my opinion, this hotel is located very near from JR Asahikawa Station. Around 5 minutes by walking. The receptionist could speak little English but they need to improve their English skill. The room is very pleasurable. There is a big window inside. But the room is little bit small. The king bed and the pillow was quite comfortable. The bathroom is very comfortable and clean. There is a shampoo, body wash, hair conditioners, tooth brush, tooth paste, and hair dryer inside the bathroom. Overall I was pleased by the room, cleanliness, friendly personnel, free wifi, quite room, and bath room. I will stay in this hotel again when I am in Asahikawa. "

"We chose this hotel because they have mixed gender outdoor onsen (no nude of course). They also have several indoor onsen with different temperatures, and sauna. Just follow the guide and instruction, and you'll love dipping yourself in the onsen during winter. The breakfast is just so-so. The dinner, we can cook nabe, and grab a plate of crab. Other than that, just normal japanese and semi-chinese menu. The room : plenty of space, nice view during snow, never used the bathroom (because we always go to onsen). The futon is kind of thinner than other ryokan we've stayed, and the pillows are harder too. We had to cover it with clothes first. Location : walking distance to both the ice waterfall festival and mt.kurodake ropeway. Also, the hotel provides free shuttle bus to/from asahikawa. So it's a double plus for us "

"I stayed for 1 night in October when we drove through Asahikawa towards Sounkyo Gorge. It was very special as it's rare to have a hotel with natural hot spring in the city centre. And the onsen is very nice and definitely worth a try. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. Their English was a bit broken, but just enough to communicate. One of the highlights were free coffee in the day and free ramen in the evening. Most importantly the ramen is very delicious despite that it's free. The rooms were relatively small as in other Japanese city hotels, but everything was clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend anyone who travels to Asahikawa to stay here in the future. "
