Asheville (NC) hotels & accommodations

I felt the hotel was really unique and had a lot of amenities. However, I was very disappointed to find out that you can't use the pool by the spa unless you have a treatment or pay $91 / day just to use it. Treatments are extremely expensive. The rooms were old and needed updating. Don't let them put you in the main inn. The rooms are from the 1950's. Go into on...

I would stay there again. Beautiful hotel with a wonderful view of the mountains. Great roof top bar and complementary breakfast. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and friendly, especially Nat. By the way you can purchase tickets to the Biltmore at the their front desk. Also over night car parking was $16.

The Quality Inn is an older hotel which is currently undergoing renovation of the rooms as of Jun 2018. Our room had already been renovated so it had a very clean and fresh appearance. Everything in the room worked, there was good shower pressure. The worst thing about the room was the A/C unit which is load and blows cold air right onto the bed since it's a big...

Most Asheville hotels are costlier than other locations. This hotel is a great value as it is close to downtown, antique stores, farmers' market and the Biltmore yet far enough away to be a quiet and free of road noise. Rooms have a safe, microwave, frig and bottled water. The breakfast buffet provided the standard fare of eggs, bacon, bagels and waffles plus yogurts (...

The staff were great, really looked after us, especially the ladies that worked in the dining area. Ruth, Betty and Von (I think, with the short dark hair) took the effort to make sure our breakfast experience was great each morning. The young lad in the kitchen did a great job. To Gail and the other ladies at Reception again made us feel welcome.

I stayed with my husband, two teen sons and two little babies. They put our two rooms next to each other without me requesting it, which was wonderful! The entire hotel was squeaky clean, rooms especially so. Our rooms had a mini fridge and microwave too. Perfect for a family with babies. A/C felt wonderful. Beds were excellent. Breakfast was a very nice extra. My only...

We put in the search on Agoda that we had 2 adults and 4 kids and wanted 1 room. They booked us into a room that only slept 4! Thankfully my parents went with us and had a second room!! Agoda Messed up bad! The hotel didn't have bigger rooms! Beware of booking with Agoda!!

Our room was awesome. Price was very reasonable. Staff was amazing; very knowledgeable of the area, so friendly and helpful. Great location.. we were able to walk to pretty much any area of the city ( south slope, west Asheville, downtown, arts district) and very convenient spot to hop on the highways when we wanted to drive out of downtown.

The staff on duty at check-in was very helpful with the problems. But there were problems. I had reserved a non-smoking room and was assigned to a room that very obviously had recently been occupied by a smoker, after which a can of air freshner was sprayed to cover it. Room smelled disgusting, so I asked for another room. Staff courteously obliged. The second roo...

The staff was awesome. They offered advice and directions regarding restaurants, and breweries, along with sites around the Biltmore Estate. There was some confusion regarding whether breakfast or a food voucher was included in my stay and they quickly resolved in a way that was satisfactory for me. The room I had was a first floor room which meant it was close to t...

It is an old old rundown motel. But the room was clean and no smells. The tv microwave refrigerator heater/ac toilet shower sink door locks lights all worked fine. 1 mile from downtown and with the pedestrian walkway through the tunnel into downtown you could even walk to all the downtown places if you have 15 minutes to spare and the weather is nice. Better than tryi...

Staff were ALL very nice. Rooms were comfortable. They have a convenient shuttle to and from downtown Asheville, which we availed of. The fireplace in the back is just great! We sat there in the evenings, having a drink, chatting with other fellow travelers. Had a great time!

Stopped here during a road trip. Very clean room, hot shower with good water pressure, great AC unit, great bed, many channels on tv including premiums like HBO and Showtime, room has all up to date amenities I'd expect. Pool is both indoor and outdoor and a jacuzzi as well. Great place for a short or long stay.

There are a lot of decent hotels, where you feel like you get your money's worth in a stay. With Country Inn & Suites I feel like you get way more than your money's worth. It's nice to feel like you are in a well maintained, clean, comfortable space surrounded by staff you seem to want to make your stay pleasurable and at a price that is significantly less than some of...

Great experience! Amazing hotel room with a high a end bathroom! The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and it was the perfect location. The free breakfast is phenomenal! Bacon, eggs, sausage and gravy, yogurt, cereal, waffles! All in all we had a great experience and we will be staying at Glo anytime we are in Asheville!

Looks bad from outside but the rooms were actually quite nice. Not a great location on tunnel rd but there was a waffle house across the road and downtown is about a ten minute drive. One staff member was very friendly and helpful. Shower was a bit fussy. Breakfast was pretty average.

We weren't sure about our booking as we arrived at the Country Inn and Suites as it is in a slightly awkward location. From the moment we entered we knew that it was the right choice. Fantastic service from all members of staff. A shuttle that is actually available on demand and that negates the location. Ryan went above and beyond our every expectation. Very pleasant ...

This was our second stay at the hotel. We chose this location because of our planned visit to Biltmore and also because our children loved their large pool at our last stay. We again enjoyed the large indoor pool (especially good size due to avoiding overcrowding with Covid). The staff were always helpful and friendly. My only major complaint would be the insanely hea...
