"We weren't sure about our booking as we arrived at the Country Inn and Suites as it is in a slightly awkward location. From the moment we entered we knew that it was the right choice. Fantastic service from all members of staff. A shuttle that is actually available on demand and that negates the location. Ryan went above and beyond our every expectation. Very pleasant public area with good breakfast in nice surroundings. We would stay again when visiting Nashville."

"The Quality Inn is an older hotel which is currently undergoing renovation of the rooms as of Jun 2018. Our room had already been renovated so it had a very clean and fresh appearance. Everything in the room worked, there was good shower pressure. The worst thing about the room was the A/C unit which is load and blows cold air right onto the bed since it's a big floor unit affair. We hit Ashville NC during high season and this room really save us allot of money since other hotels were asking as much as $320.00 a night depending on location. The Quality Inn is close to many conveniences and has quick access to Interstate 40, 240, and 26 which will get you downtown Ashville in no time at all. I gave facility 3 star because the property just gives the overall appearance and feel of a budget motel, the pool is very small the parking is tight. The free breakfast is very typical and doesn't really inspire or rate any special mention but as stated the hotel will save you money."

"I stayed with my husband, two teen sons and two little babies. They put our two rooms next to each other without me requesting it, which was wonderful! The entire hotel was squeaky clean, rooms especially so. Our rooms had a mini fridge and microwave too. Perfect for a family with babies. A/C felt wonderful. Beds were excellent. Breakfast was a very nice extra. My only complaint was the parking. It was a lot of work to get two babies with play pens and other stuff up to the third floor without being able to park right by the hotel. We parked at the restaurant next door. Not taking any stars off for that though..."
