"When my husband and I arrived here, they told us that they had no booking from us and that the hotel was full... My husband rang the company Agoda and told them what was going on, after speaking to the company, the hotel got a phone call, then 5 minutes later they said to us that the booking was 'right under their nose' and they didn't see it before.... We'd booked a standard queen room, it was two single beds pushed together. The room was comfortable, however there was mould on the bathroom roof. The room was warm, had a lovely view outside and was in a good location. Overall, the staff performance was lacking, good low budget accommodation if it's just place where you base yourself and travel from there."
