"We arrived early but were able to check-in. There was a bit of confusion about the name on check-in but the manager dealt with it all quickly and nicely. We managed to park in 2 spaces!!! were asked very nicely to move - fair enough - it was our fault!. The location is great, short walk to good cafes and restaurants. The hotel was clean enough, good for overnight stay and very reasonably priced. We would stay here again if we return to Aspen"

"At $500 per night, to be charged $14.95 for WIFI (really, $14.95?) and find the premises not secure (you can enter from a gate on the pool level and have access to the entire hotel after a "third degree showing of photo ID at reception to check in) was disconcerting and disappointing. Water bottles and coffee capsules are impossible to open, making a solo stay for an older woman more than inconvenient. The rooms are beautifully appointed but sound proofing is minimal and TV sound leaks between rooms. The value for the price is simply missing."
