"Looked forward to coming on my own for the jight to relax in the spa and pool, enjoy a relaxing meal. Spa was closed (this really should be clewrly called out before booking) and couldn't get into the pool as it was booked up. When I went for food, I was asked repeatedly if I was on my own, the staff all appeared to be new (the two I was dealing with said they were), I got asked to move seats twice, and I had to get up each time to try and find a server to either order or pay.
