"Great location for ACL, Congress bridge, a few murals on the south side of the river and a few recommended eateries Baby A’s, Amy’s ice cream and Home Slice pizza. We walked a lot but bikes scooters are everywhere. Unfortunately we didn’t use them as my travel buddy was nervous to use them. We walked from hotel to LBJ museum and library, the Capital building and multiple stops in between. That was about a 17 mile day on foot in the Austin heat but it was doable. If I came back to Austin i would easily stay at this location, again. "
