The hotel has a very unique location as it’s close to the busy street of Ayia Napa but what i didn’t like is that using the safe in the room costs 3€ per day noting that this hotel is not cheap one and i’ve never seen a hotel charging for using the safe.

Top marks to the receptionists, very very professional, 100 metres from the beach, excellent breakfast, great view , lobby and breakfast room again top marks, the room itself spacious but rather tired and so are some of the towels. Housemaids , imported, not really experienced and some of the staff have no knowledge of the local language. I understand the whole h...

I usually stay at five star hotels and on this occasion I decided with my family to stay in three executive rooms at this Hotel. I was nothing but impressed with the level of service and standard of rooms which are much better than five star hotels that I have been staying at over the last 15 years that I have been coming to Cyprus on a yearly basis. I highly recomme...

We had a wonderful week in Alexia Hotel Apts! the hotel is well located. It is only a couple of minutes walk from the Limanaki beach and restaurants, 10 minutes from the area with many clubs and bars. We loved it! And the hotel is popular among young people and families as well. Staff from the hotel's bar and reception were very friendly!

Had a very comfortable one night stay B&B, would definitely return to the Aktea beach village, one minor complaint, breakfast in the dining room was very hot and sticky, felt that air conditioning should have been switched on, maybe it was an economy drive but quite strange as everywhere else had a/c. I did mention to the resaurant manager and got a polite nod and symp...

Our stay at Napian Suites was wonderful. They greeted us at the time we designated to give us a tour of the apartment and provide info about the attractions in Ayia Napa. The apartments are nice and big, the garden is beautiful, the location is great (walkable distance from all the interestin places in Ayia Napa), and the family who runs the place are friendly, kind, and helpful! They even posted me my wallet which I left in the apartment, and were kind to solve the problem in the fastest and easiest waypossible.. Thank you again!!!!!

Eleni and her husband welcomed us on arrival and showed us to a well appointed family room with a large sun terrace. Eleni could not have been more helpful, and treated us as though we were family members. The hospitality was so good we are already planning our second trip! Thank you Eleni and family. Thomas

Very good choice to stay in Ayia Napa. Located in good location near Nissi beach and the harbor. The apartment was big provided will all needed amenities. Bed sheets and towels changed every day with daily house keeping. Small kitchen with cooking equipment and free parking. The WiFi very slow and we didn’t depend on it. it’s not big deal, the data SIM card is cheap in...
